This hotel is a Catfish from the website. They tell you there is some renovations occuring so the fitness center and Business center is closed which is totally fine. However our 1st room the bathroom ceiling fell down over the shower, the next room the bathroom floor was peeling and the bathroom exhaust fans don't work so the walls and ceiling show signs of moisture buildup. The Staff however are Very nice and I have no complaints about any of the staff . The staff definitely listened to our issues. I just think maybe this hotel should close until all renovations are completed because the rooms definitely need help.

Jun 12, 2025 · Beth GabryelThe staff is very helpful and friendly. However, the property itself is old and rundown. The rooms are deteriorating to a point where it's not pleasant to stay there. Coating in the shower was peeling, the carpet was stained and frayed, and the furniture is deteriorating. It's not pleasant being in the room. The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, which is a hopeful sign. I recognize that many local hotels are renovating after a difficult period a couple of years ago, and I wish the property owners every success in bringing this property to a standard where it is comfortable to stay. Right now, it would be difficult for me to stay there again until it is renovated. I want to reemphasize that the staff is wonderful. The front desk staff both in the evening checkin and morning checkout were wonderful. The breakfast staff was also wonderful.
Mar 21, 2025 · Grey NearingStayed here for 2 nights. Room was clean and bed was fine. However they charged us 200 bucks for the 2 nights. The lobby was freezing. No heat. I Felt bad for staff working up there. We were advised that there was "slight" construction to the building going on. Ok fine. We were placed on the 6th floor and construction was directly above us on the 7th floor. The coffee station had zero milk or any option other than black coffee or hot water. There was sugar. The hotel advertises a resturaunt and bar. Completely shut down closed, and did not appear that it woild be open for business anytime soon, if again at all. Hot water in shower was lukewarm at best. Never hot. No Vending and a non working ice machine. For a place to crash for the night, the room was fine. However at 200 bucks, I felt that it was a bit pricey. In the current state that hotel is in, one should not pay more than 65 a night. It was bare bones. Staff was friendly but no service to really offer as there was nothing.
Feb 21, 2025 · Rod NelsonThis place is really convenient close to everything, the rooms were nice and the staff were good as well. I gave them a 3 star because we also had our event there for our 96 yrs old mother. Everything were good. Except it bothered me, that the prior to the end of the event, there's so much left over food that was still in the chapping dishes and we are not allowed to take it home or share it with our guests. As Filipino, we always make sure there's more than enough food to eat and take home. We paid for the food we could have take the leftover home.
May 27, 2025 · Minnie HuntsingerFirst, let me begin by complimenting the front desk person, Mr. Brandon. He went above and beyond to be gracious and helpful. We engaged in delightful conversation and he truly made me feel welcome. Then I saw the first room. I say “first” because I tried two rooms. Both were antiquated and dusty and made me wonder when was the last time the bathrooms were cleaned. The beds were hard and lumpy and hallway and room carpet did not look clean. I’m not asking for the Hilton at the Holiday Inn, but for the price, my expectations were higher.
