I booked this after reading reviews and reading the website for the available amenities. I did see a message that said there is construction, but since I'll be gone from 8:30-6 every day, I knew the noise wouldn't bother me. But the restaurant, fitness center and pool are ALL COMPLETELY CLOSED. (The fitness center seemingly for no reason? I just want to use the free weights and it's not actually under construction?). You book a hotel expecting to be able to use the advertised amenities.

May 12, 2025 · Caroline V MorleyWe experienced a bad situation at another hotel and found this one a wonderful refuge. Our group of 37 were accommodated and a hot breakfast was arranged as well. They have wonderful and helpful staff, especially Bissonette at the front desk. We didn't need the amenities and so didn't mind the renovations.
Jun 17, 2025 · Jennifer KolbI understand renovations, but they're literally working in all areas. Dust, debris are scattered amongst the floors. Cleanliness of the few floors open are not up to par. Ice machine is only available on one floor that we found. TVs work, but the remotes are tricky. Just unplugged it so it would turn off. Gym, pool, hot tub and kitchen are closed. Disappointed.
Apr 26, 2025 · Brenda JohnsonCustomer service was amazing! Although they are under construction, everything was great. Our room was nice and clean. Breakfast was great as well. We had an egg white omelette with all the fixings and it was seasoned well! So delicious! We would definitely stay here again.
Feb 16, 2025 · Lakisha CampbellHilton has gone down hill. Wanna be charged for parking? How about a boxed breakfast for your food? You better have a meal voucher for it tho, don't worry about it cause they won't give you a voucher. So now your food options are overpriced junk food. This place is a mess. The only things that are good is it's quite, and the updated rooms look nice. However expect things to need fixing.
