I stayed at this location from June 7th to June 9th and had a comfortable stay. I was in town to see a performance of a musical called “Life Review: The Hospice Musical” at the Greenbelt Arts Center. The shopping area was within easy walking distance. People I encountered were friendly. I would like to visit the area again in the future and stay at this location.

Jun 19, 2025 · Janice TostoStayed at this hotel for 9 nights while visiting DC attractions. The room floor was sticky when we first walked in, refrigerator was dirty, hallways reeked of marijuana smoke every day/night, bed sheets totally worn out, bed blanket stunk, and zero utensils/plates, etc in the kitchen. You have the option of purchasing pots/pans, plates and silverware - definitely not a full functioning kitchen as advertised. I do have to say the bathroom was clean and updated and the staff was friendly and helpful. My sister-in-laws room was dirty, pee spell in the sofa bed, toilet paper holder falling off the wall, corner of sofa bed chewed up by a dog. Coffee in the lobby was worse than terrible and totally undrinkable. Would never stay at this hotel again. No cleaning of the rooms during entire 9 night stay. Way better options out there in the $175 per night range. The only things going for it is that the room rates are dirt cheap at $84 per night.
Apr 11, 2025 · Geoff MarmasThis has been an exceptional experience since I've stayed here. It's home away from home. The atmosphere is awesome and you even get to see some deer getting a nice breath of fresh air in the night hours near the beautiful back wooded area circumference. I give much kiddos to the front desk staff and housekeeping , Nina, Ashleigh, Estelle, Ross, Franco & Lisa for making my stay here just like home! I highly recommend this establishment to everyone.
Mar 19, 2025 · sean pinkettThis was by far one of the worst stays I’ve ever had. The room was dirty from the moment I walked in — the floors weren’t clean, and the sheets were visibly dingy and stained. It felt like no effort had been made to prepare the room for a guest. To make matters worse, the cherry on top: my car was broken into overnight. My rims were stolen, and my window was shattered. There was no security presence, no help from staff when I reported it. Only thing they keep saying is that the manager is not there, been trying 2 days to get in contact with a manager so called Ashley but she’s never is available. If you value cleanliness, safety, or basic hospitality, do yourself a favor and stay far away from this place.
Apr 15, 2025 · Enmanuel SuárezThe room was double booked and filthy. After getting another room it was filthy with yellowish bedsheets, asked for clean bedsheets (the “clean sheets”” also had yellowish color. It’s better if you slept in your car than pay here.
