Loved the location and could walk to so much I wanted to see. Rooms are NYC size but very comfortable. Would definitely stay again.

Frederick and Jefferson in guest relations went above and in making our stay extra special. Our room was well designed with a very comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, and plenty of electrical outlets and charging ports. The staff and management made sure our stay was perfect. Their appreciation of GHA Discovery participants is much better than other loyalty programs. We highly recommend NH Collection New York Madison Avenue and look forward to returning on our next visit to NYC in July.

I was promised early check-in and confirmed multiple times throughout the week and the night before, being assured I could check in at 12 PM. However, upon arrival, I was told early check-in was only possible if I paid for a room upgrade. I don’t mind paying, but I don’t appreciate being misled. Additionally, the resort fees were not disclosed until checkout, which was another unpleasant surprise.

The service was exceptional—the team was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The drinks were top-notch, making the experience even better. Can’t wait to come back, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for great cocktails and a vibrant ambiance!
