We had an incredible stay. The staff are top notch, professionally 5 star! So friendly and helpful at all times! The historic feel and coziness of this boutique hotel are well done. The cozy queen room was very, very warm and felt like a reading nook. It was so nice to be able to get coffee, drinks and snacks anytime. While we never had the chance we appreciate the offer for wine and cheese each afternoon. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in Manhattan! The only thing I would change is updates to either usb friendly wall plugs or other ways to make it a bit more tech friendly. But other than that we had a very pleasant stay and will be back! Thank you everyone at Library Hotel!

The old building is beautiful and the 2nd floor room is amazing! 24/7 Good and safe healthy treats & refreshments, coffee, top of the line Nespresso machine. (This will save you money on coffee, water treats etc, since all is free for hotel guests ) The location is perfect walking distance to time square and Grand Central station literally around the corner.

The full staff from event planner Ellen to the hotel staff and managers were super helpful and nice. Many guests stayed at the hotel and loved it. I never had to worry about the venue logistics and making sure our guests were taken care of - the hotel had it covered. thank you all!

I stayed there for 10 days and as a sole disabled traveler I was apprehensive but I could not have picked a better hotel. cosy, warm, friendly, clean. The concierge made my whole experience amazing. nothing was too much trouble for them, they looked after me from the start to the end. I would like to thank them for making my stay in the hotel and New York so memorable. The Mason and Vine restaurant was also awesome the food the staff and the atmosphere was outstanding. room service was also great with the breakfast and dinner from the restaurant. The Room was so lovely and comfortable after my days out and about it was lovely to relax in my room with a glass of wine and look out on to Madison ave. I will be back and would not stay anywhere else. Thank you Library Hotel NYC
