Ink 48 Hotel

INK 48 is the Best Hotel in NYC! The location is Prime. The area surrounding is not congested , it’s close to a variety of places , and convenient too. If you choose to remain in the hotel, there is a restaurant downstairs with Breakfast, lunch, and dinner coming soon.They have a fitness center that was also accommodating. The staff is Super friendly with a smile & accommodating while going above and beyond. It makes a huge difference when hotels are run properly, and thanks to the Operations Manager David V .I haven’t shared the best of it all … The Hotel Rooms are magnificent. The hallways are clean and everything looks new and polished. I’m including Photos because I just could not get over how awesome the Hudson suite layout, and the window views are magnificent

I decided to visit NY with some friends and we decided Ink 48 to stay what a great choice. David V . Gave us such a nice welcome , easy registration, wonderful communication we book a suite looking at the river 😍waking up to that view was so relaxing, better at night. He also gave us a coupon for a beverage at the restaurant. Breakfast was delicious. Definitely this is my place from now on. Housekeeping were so nice also. And this hotel is close to the tunnel so it was easier to get out the city. Thank you so much David you the best. The bathroom so big loved it here

Clean and beautiful hotel. The front desk staff were all so helpful and friendly. Location is great if you do not mind walking a little bit. The only downside to this hotel is that there is no coffee in the room. You must pay for coffee in the lobby. If there was coffee available, this would be a 5 star rating. While the hotel staff was wonderful, I do not recommend dining in at the restaurant attached to the hotel. The service was terrible and the breakfast menu is extremely limited.

For the price, the experience doesn't hold up. The rooms are cheap and uninspired - no decoration or personality at all, with cheap, worn, generic furniture more reminiscent of a 2-star airport crash pad than a 4-star urban hotel billing itself as luxury. Cheap poster art in visibly deteriorating plastic frames is the only decoration on the otherwise barren walls, and the furniture all feels too small for the space. The only furniture other than the bed was a wobbly stained table with just one tiny task chair, even with ample space for a club chair or even a small seating area. Nothing is constructed of high quality materials, surfaces were visible dirty and worn, the window blinds in particular having thick dust and stains at every crease. I'd have expected better from the comfort inn a block away, and this is supposed to be high ene! Nothing is even remotely luxury about Ink 48, cheap corner-cutting and major issues ignored at every turn. Hard to find anything positive to add because the experience was just so unmemorable. No reason to return when high quality boutique affairs in Hells Kitchen are the same price. I suppose the location is pretty sweet for people exploring the west side?

We stayed recently for a quick 3 day trip and our experience at the Ink 48 Hotel was absolutely fantastic! Staff was amazing and extremely helpful with everything from giving recommendations for things to do or places to eat in the city to help around the hotel. It was absolutely beautiful views and very clean rooms. The lobby was staffed 24 hours so we always felt super safe. We were about a 20 min walk from times square and everywhere else was kind of farther… it was not bad but we wish we could have been a little bit closer to the times square area. At the same time it was nice to be out of the way a little bit because it was not as noisy while we were trying to sleep. The other thing that was unfortunate was that the rooftop and restaurant/ bar was closed for construction.. we had been looking forward to watching the sunset up there one night and no one warned us before coming, I also didn’t see it on the website anywhere but I may have missed it. Other than that, our time was flawless. Would 10/10 recommend!
