Came for a short stay and was not disappointed. The room had a private balcony with an amazing view of the city. Only downside was the water pressure in the bathroom and the tub being a little dirty. Other than that, great hotel with great service and polite staff. Will definitely be staying again.

Mar 27, 2025 · Jes SmithRooms clean with a very comfortable large bed. Room was cleaned everyday and bed changed and made. Everyone on reception were helpful and knowledgeable. Happy to advice on directions etc. Location isn't the best although it is quiet here. 10 minute walk to nearest subway. Having said that, we would would stay here again due to the quiet nights. Would be great in the summer with the rooftop pool and bar, was unfortunately closed during our stay ( 17/03/2025 - 23/03/2025)

Bathrooms are stunning until I realized the toilet didn't flush. people were partying until 4 am blasting music on a Wednesday night and the night staff did nothing about it. The night staff also sat behind the front desk in sweatpants and sweatshirts talking to their local friends all night that were just hanging out in the lobby.... If you want to sleep don't go here

However, I was unexpectedly charged around $80 for two days of parking without being informed that it was a chargeable service. There was no prior notice about this fee, which was disappointing. I contacted my bank and successfully canceled the payment, but I would advise others to be cautious. Due to this experience, I won’t be returning to this hotel.
