The Summer Club turned into a "pumpkin patch" in October, and I paid over $100 for four tickets for my friends and I to attend this past Saturday. It was the biggest rip-off EVER. You walk up four flights of stairs to see a bunch of pumpkins scattered around. The amazing view touted on the website is available anywhere in LIC. Everything costs extra, and by everything I mean a chance to shoot rubber tipped arrows at scarecrows (15 minute wait only to learn you can't even pay cash or debit, you need to buy "tickets" which were unavailable because the wi-fi was slow so their purchasing app wasn't working). There was also a pumpkin smashing area (another long line and more tickets). Four really bad drinks cost $72. Food was available from a dirty looking kitchen (no thanks). All we did was sip our bad drinks while sitting at a rickety table, watching the poor employees drag overloaded garbage cans past us. TLDR: Almost $200 to drink bad drinks in the company of pumpkins and garbage. Don't fall for it.

Horrible. We did the city side pumpkin patch and they will throw you out before it hits 10pm and the moment it hits 10pm they will tell you to leave - you pay over $130 for two tickets for everything to be thrown out before it even hits 10pm. Not set up right at all. If you are still on line waiting for something they will tell you no more and you need to leave. The lines also take 30+ mins to even do something. They need more staff. The security is HORRIBLE and will rudely tell you to leave over and over again and stop you for staying on the line. This could have gone so differently. Hopefully next year they pick a different place with nicer people. Because they will lose customers with how rude the staff is. Let’s not to mention $50 for two drinks. TWO. So if you buy the all included and eat with eats you are almost $300 in .. not worth it. Find a better place

We came here for the Cityside Pumpkin Patch sponsored by Bucketlisters. Pretty disappointing experience. The guy collecting tickets could not be less interested in his job. He said nothing to us. You have to walk up several flights of stairs to get upstairs (I don't know if there is an elevator). The staircases were dirty, not swept with abandoned dirty drink cups on them. We specifically bought tickets from the 8pm-10pm timeslot that is supposed to be "Adults only", but there were so many kids here, they outnumbered the adults and made it feel like Disney World in Queens. It killed the vibe instantly. Every activity cost an additional $10-$30 dollars and also had a long line. The food and beverage line had one person working with 15 people in line. The beverages started at $18 and up. The roof top was also not that clean. Multiple dirty drink cups laying around. Chairs and tables haphazardly strewn about the space. Some of the pumpkins laying around were clearly rotting. Dirty carpeting lining the areas where they covered the pool that is usually here. This event wasn't super cheap - $45 plus tax and fees for a 2 person GA ticket with 1 pumpkin included. I expected more for the money, and also I expected a child free experience. We picked out our pumpkin and left within 10 minutes of arriving. Also the venue is on Queensboro Plaza South. If you take the train to Queensboro Plaza, you wind up walking about 15-20 minutes through empty streets with warehouses, abandoned cars and virtually no one else around.

Went there for the pumpkin patch. Little pricey, to be expected since you’re really paying for the experience. Got some kind of pumpkin donut balls, delicious! And the drinks were good.

Ariana and Alma patiently helped our group get settled in a cabana while explaining all of the drink options. Once we got in, Marissa and Liv took great care of us and we were never without attention for whatever our group needed. Joelle helped as the day went on too. Just a very nice staff who made a Labor Day outing quite memorable. We'll be back!
