Jun 11, 2025 · Niki EdwardsChecking in at the hotel, the people were pleasant. The room was small but very cute and clean. The next morning at the info desk they were very helpful answering questions about the trolley and local must stops! Trolley stop out front is nice and convenient. Location is great, 1 block over from Bourbon st. Not too far to stumble back after late drinking. We will definitely be back!
Apr 29, 2016 · Sara KelleyReally enjoyed my stay here! For the price, you are in the heart of the French quarter. Lots of bars and things to do. The Marriott across the street is a frequent pickup point for local tour companies. Staff was very friendly- they let me check in early. Also offers to hold your luggage, so you can continue to explore the city. Rooms were standard. I did find the pillows a bit flat, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. Rooms are clean, coffee shop downstairs, and you get 2 complimentary beers with your stay.
Dec 09, 2019 · Stephanie NeveuIs smaller a nice hotel located right in the heart of everything. Definitely will have to pay for parking, or valet parking. As everywhere in New Orleans parking is expensive. Valets were very nice and helpful with our luggage. Staff was also very friendly and accommodating to our two and a half year old toddler. Very pretty Lobby and we were offered free drinks and king cake samples. Room was pretty spacious and they were accommodating with our two-and-a-half-year-old. We decided to use a crib they provided and he did great in it. Had a nice Corner Room with a view of the city. Valet parking parks your car 2 blocks away so it takes a few minutes to get your vehicle if you're going anywhere. Nest brand shampoo and conditioner smelled good!
Oct 05, 2018 · Leah AlexanderMy girlfriend and I stayed here on 8/6/18 to 8/7/18 and loved it. The staff were super polite and always had a smile. Our room came with two free drink tickets, one for both of us, that we could redeem for a free daquiri or a free beer they had on tap. The rooms were clean and the bed super comfortable. The only downsides were on one side of the bed, the lamp didn't work and on the other side of the bed, the outlet didn't work so I couldn't charge my phone next to the bed. Other than that, wonderful hotel in a great location. We will definitely consider staying there again.
