I stayed at this hotel during this long weekend and while my experience had some highs and lows, I want to share an honest review. The good: The room was absolutely perfect—spacious, bright, and offering a nice view. It was equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was also a highlight, with a wide variety of options to choose from each morning. The issue: Unfortunately, I encountered a problem with my door lock, which wasn’t securing properly. The hotel's initial solution was to downgrade me to a different room without offering a price adjustment. After viewing the alternative options, I chose to stay in my original room, despite the lock not working, meaning we spent the night with an unlocked door under our own responsibility. The next morning, they finally sent another technician, Carlos, who was able to repair the issue. While I understand that technical problems can happen, the way they are handled is what truly matters. Instead of immediately working toward a proper fix, the initial response was to offer an unsatisfactory downgrade. That said, the room and amenities were great, but better customer service in handling unexpected situations would have made my stay exceptional.

Feb 19, 2025 · Yurima OliveraLoved my three nights here. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful. The location was ideal - walkable to the heart of Christmas fun and right by the 6 subway line. I was shocked how quiet it was at night (other than the LOUD slamming doors). Rooms are small yes but that's my been my experience in previous midtown stays and what I'd expect in NYC. I loved the touches of free coffee/hot chocolate and popcorn in the lobby, and the free hot breakfast had many options and was never chaotic. Would absolutely stay here again!
Dec 21, 2024 · Stephanie NepplStayed here two nights recently—got a Studio King Room. The room was fairly small but not terrible for two people. Decor itself seems modern, room was clean and bed was comfy. They have amenities like fridge, microwave, coffee maker and a safe! TV was placed at an odd angle so you can’t really watch comfortably from the bed. Bathroom is small—the shower leaks water out so the floor can get super wet and the sink drain was extremely slow. The walls in the rooms are very thin, we can hear everything outside in the hallways which was disruptive to our sleep—there’s also a gap between our door and the floor so that probably made it worse. Service here was okay, some staff were friendly, some not so much. They do offer complimentary breakfast, and coffee/water in the lobby as well as popcorn! And there’s a small shop to buy snacks/drinks by the front desk. Overall, location is great and room was okay.
Dec 24, 2024 · Vy H.It's was a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. Megha ensured everything was taken care of. She is an incredible host, helping with tips with the best restaurants and place to see around. Thank you so much and will visit again soon
Mar 28, 2025 · PRANAV KUMARService could be much better. Every day when we came back house keeping did half-ass job. One day we came back and our dirty towels were just sitting on the floor. Another day we came back and only one bed was made and the other just had the new sheets sitting on the bed as if we were supposed to change the sheets ourselves. Some surfaces were wiped down every day while others were neglected.
