I was a Bonvoy Platinum member at the time when I checked in and received an upgrade from a superior room to one of the bigger rooms even for a longer stay, I am very happy with this hotel and the GM who was able to resolve conflict swiftly. Also the front desk staff were very kind as well shout out to Andrea. I really liked the rooms and the view was also gorgeous. Would definitely stay here again

I had another amazing experience staying at the Edition in Flatiron. Suzad was great in assisting me with room selection. Paola from the front desk was very friendly as always. This hotel is my home away from home and they consistently do a great job! Always very clean, timely delivery of the room, excellent location. If you want a luxurious hotel to stay in where the staff treat you like family, this is the hotel to stay in.

I had high expectations for The Edition New York, but unfortunately, my experience was incredibly disappointing. This hotel is absolutely not worth the price. First, the guest service is terrible. It was my girlfriend’s birthday, and I called twice to have knives and forks sent to our room for a cake. No one ever came. I ended up going down to the front desk myself, only to be told they didn’t have any and that I’d need to go to the bar inside the hotel. That level of service is unacceptable for a property charging premium rates. The bathroom design is also awful. There’s no door for the shower, which feels incredibly uncomfortable, and the caddy provided for toiletries is tiny and impractical. On top of that, despite requesting in person at the front desk for my room to be cleaned, it was never done. This level of neglect is shocking for a hotel of this supposed caliber. Save your money and go somewhere else. There are far better options in New York with proper service and thoughtful design. The Edition New York was a complete letdown.

Really enjoyed my stay at the New York Edition. My favorite thing was the Le Labo fragrance skincare products, and the room scent wafting through the air in the lobby. The rooms are luxuriously modern, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff was friendly and welcoming as well.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon & my birthday. The hotel is lovely, i love the interior. Edition gifted us some goodies on arrival for our special stay, so kind. The bed really elevates the room and we had a great view of SoHo 🫶🏽. Don’t miss the rooftop terrace for a drink and cool NYC view.
