Overall, the hotel offers good value for money, convenient transportation, and includes free breakfast. The room rates are affordable. However, here are some experiences for your reference: Poor Soundproofing: On the first day, we were assigned a room next to the restaurant on the C floor. We could hear almost every conversation in the restaurant and lobby, as well as the noise from people entering and exiting the elevators. Sleeping in was impossible, not only because of the noise from other guests but also due to the sounds of housekeeping, furniture being moved, and vacuum cleaners hitting the walls. Everything was crystal clear. Safety Concerns in the Building: On the second day, we were moved to a quieter room on the third floor (thanks to the understanding staff—they were really nice!). However, around 9 PM, a drunk woman knocked on our door. Through the peephole, I could see her talking to at least two male companions who were out of view. She knocked three times, and we did not respond or open the door. Eventually, they left via the elevator. I was extremely frightened by this incident.

Mar 20, 2025 · D. OvO (Denian)The hotel itself was great, got checked in later in the evening without any problems and it took maybe less than 2 minutes. Rooms are tiny but cozy and the showers are actually really updated. The only actual downside is more of a forewarning because oh my God the walls are paper thin and I had to learn at 4am what someone was doing in their room and even the conversation thereafter. Just don't do anything God wouldn't approve of out loud.
Apr 07, 2025 · Nick VThe customer service was average. I requested a room change due to the beds being extremely firm, and the front desk attendant was kind enough to accommodate the request without any hassle, which I appreciated. However, beyond that, the service felt minimal and not particularly welcoming. Unfortunately, the beds in the new room were just as uncomfortable—very hard and not ideal for getting a good night’s rest. There were also safety concerns, such as the door not closing securely on its own, which made me feel uneasy. Noise was another issue. The walls were very thin—you could hear conversations in the hallway, guests getting on and off the elevator, and outside noise as if it were right in the room. It wasn’t a quiet environment by any means. My brother and I stayed on the third floor, which was clearly marked as non-smoking—just like the rest of the hotel. Unfortunately, our neighbors disregarded that policy and heavily smoked in their room, the hallway, and as a result, our room began to smell as well. I called the front desk to report it and asked if they could send someone up to investigate. All they did was come up and spray air freshener in the hallway, which did absolutely nothing to solve the issue. We ended up having to leave the hotel for a couple of hours just to get away from the smoke. Breakfast was included, but the options were quite basic: cold cereal, toast, bagels, a waffle maker, milk, and orange juice. It was enough to get you by, but nothing to look forward to. Overall, the rooms were affordable—but between the uncomfortable beds, thin walls, poor response to smoking violations, and lackluster customer service, you truly get what you pay for. Not sure I’d return unless improvements are made.
Apr 03, 2025 · Abraham ThomasI really enjoyed my stay. I booked a room for two nights. My only problem was the cleaning of the room. The sheets had dry blood spots but as a traveler, i always bring my own blanket. There was candy wrappers on the floor and left over coffee inside the maker. But overrall, the staff was excellent and it was quiet. It was just those little mistakes, but overrall i will come back.
Feb 21, 2025 · Dianaly MartinezIn simple English.. the room was clean and fine! The female hotel clerk was nice enough to give me a room on a higher floor. She also gave mean iron/board to iron my suit. The bathroom/shower was fine, One complaint.. lousy breakfast with a coffee percolator whose handle won t raise.. you flood the plate below, or burn your fingers.
