Perfect base for NY sightseeing. We spent 11 nights here for a NY sightseeing trip. We left in the morning and came back to sleep. The bed was clean, no bedbugs. The bathroom was nice and clean although I was more than once reminded that the cleaning lady has long dark hair. Other than that everything was clean, the bed was made every day, also fresh towels every day. The hotel room coffee is bad, no surprise there it's bad at the Hilton as well. Go buy some nice pods if you are a morning coffee person. The hotel is conveniently located close to the R train at Prospect Ave. WTC is 30 minutes away. The neighborhood is okay, some cheap food and good bars in close vicinity. There is a big laundry around the corner so you can bring less clothes for a longer stay. The breakfast is basic and the rather tiny breakfast area can be crowded. I'm not sure the hotel realizes this but this basic breakfast is a major selling point for all those Europeans in the hotel. So if u are used to hotel breakfast, this is your affordable hotel. The staff is nice and attentive, I'm not a people person so I had few interactions with them, but they are kind and effective professionals. I went trough the negative reviews before the trip I think most of them come from wrong assumptions. This is a basic hotel with basic amenities. It's not for long stays. The rooms are small but they are clean and practical. I expected good location, good basic services and that is what I got. 10/10 would go back here.

Apr 08, 2025 · Sándor dr. ÉsikI stayed for two days at Comfort Inn Brooklyn, and while the hotel itself feels a bit old and overpriced compared to similar options, the amazing staff made a huge difference. They were friendly, helpful, and truly go above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, definitely a highlight of my stay—fresh, well-prepared, and better than expected. The hotel could use some renovations, but if great service and a good breakfast matter more to you than a modern look, this place is still a solid choice
Mar 05, 2025 · Khumoyun AkhmadjonovVery pleasant experience! The ladies at the front desk were very sweet, the internet was good, and the beds were comfy. However, the room I stayed in did not have a microwave so be aware that if you are bringing any frozen meals you might not get to eat them. Overall a very pleasant experience.
Feb 17, 2025 · Brianna DJust pleasantry after pleasantry; especially the surprise omelette to order for today’s breakfast. Quiet room plus. Super workers and location. Two blocks away from international eateries. The view… I’m not one to rave but this place is it! Gratitude.
Apr 10, 2025 · Victoria SilvaI am currently staying at this hotel and am very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and have been happy but this time is quite different. We were given a room in the 6th. floor that is half the size of the room we had last time. Also, it is very noisy. As I am writing this review at 11:30 pm there is a group out in the hall that is very loud and yelling at each other. They have woken us up twice now. For what we paid I expected better.
