We absolutely loved our stay! From the moment you step inside the scent and warm hospitality draw you in. We started our days visiting the beautiful lounge area called The Apartment, where they serve coffee and breakfast, it’s perfect for planning the day, getting some work done, or simply taking a moment to unwind. They also serve aperitifs and cocktails in the afternoon. The drinks at Sloan, their hidden speakeasy, were exceptional. Our room was spotless, and the bed was unbelievably comfortable. While there are no TVs, the room was stocked with a selection of genuinely great books. Every member of the staff, from the doormen to room service, greeted us with kindness and care. A special thank you to Matthew for his attentiveness throughout our stay, to Patrick for his thoughtfulness, and to JP and Michy for their impeccable hospitality. Already looking forward to my next visit!

The pillows were warm and inviting. It was the perfect amount of comfort. The food on property was delicious and the staff were wonderful. I would definitely return for a longer stay.

The rooms are designed beautifully and we loved spending time at the Apartment during breakfast and aperitivo hour (both complimentary for guests!). We also checked out the restaurant (The Otter) and the bar (Sloane's) - great food and drinks at both. Can't wait to be back!

The rooms were stylish and beautifully designed, and the bed is so comfy! The sheets were the softest and most luxurious I’ve ever experienced—pure heaven! If you're looking for a great place to stay in the city, this is it.

Loved The Apartment to grab complementary coffee and pastries in the morning and wine/champagne in the evenings! The reason for a missing star in the almost perfect room was because there was not a television in the room. We still enjoyed the room very much. It was stunning!
