The beds were incredibly comfortable! I have to know what mattress, sheets, and pillows they use! I didn't want to get out of bed. The shower was wonderful and hot! I loved the waterfall shower head. I could stay in there forever. Great location, great service! They always have something going on here. It's where the fun happens! I felt safe at this hotel. The outside, surrounding area, is overall fairly safe. There are some weirdos in the area after 11 p.m., so stay alert. I did hear some car honks in my room, but that's normal for NYC. I would highly recommend this place for a future stay!

The guest services and bell/door staff Staff offer amenities and remember you and your routine, even if you don’t travel frequently. There are multiple different restaurant and bar options within and just outside the hotel. The room is spacious, clean and quiet, which while traveling on business is important to me. The bed is so comfortable! Room staff didn’t knock if the do not disturb sign is out. You’d be surprised how often that happens at other hotels. Overall an exceptional experience that is highly recommended!

There is a dark and sultry vibe which I loved. They honored a late check out, parking was cheap! The location CANNOT be beat. Not too busy so quiet enough for sleeping, but in a lively area, lots of restaurants and shopping nearby and getting up town is a 30-60 minute walk with lots of bagel and coffee spots to break it up. I’m going to return here!!

The hotel provided a respite from the frigid weather, and a lively ambiance which, if I’d been thirty years younger, I would have thoroughly enjoyed taking part in. As it was, my husband and I were treated with an amusing deference, and assisted in getting reservations at the most trendy restaurant where we treated our son and his business partner to a fabulous dinner. Thank you especially to Anthony, the Lead Concierge, for his help in this, and to the ever-friendly Nathan who saw to our comings and goings with a smile and kindly answers to any questions we had.

Its prime location offers easy access to many exceptional restaurants and shopping options, all within walking distance. The hotel has three outstanding restaurants and a great bar, ensuring plenty of dining and entertainment options without ever leaving the premises. The rooms are spacious, with some offering great city views, especially from higher floors, depending on location. Additionally, the convenience of a subway station just around the corner makes exploring the rest of the city a breeze. Having stayed at the Grand Soho Hotel on multiple occasions, I highly recommend it for any trip to NYC.
