Mar 21, 2025 · Sophia WestrichPerfect location for Soho shopping and dining! Great staff- helped with umbrellas, car service, took our shopping up to the room when we were in a rush. The room was a bit small if you plan to work in there, but we didn't so it was fine. Robes and slippers were a nice touch. We did brunch at Jumpin' Jacks, which was really good. We did drinks at the rooftop which looked super nice and had a great pool- it was freezing when we there so it was pretty dead. The dinner spot on site had a great menu- we didn't eat but had drinks, which we enjoyed.

The staff were slow and largely unhelpful, which was disappointing. Our room was very dusty, and the heating system was outdated and extremely noisy, making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, a broken safe and wardrobe door remained unfixed throughout our three-day stay, despite us requesting repairs multiple times. While the setting is beautiful, the service and upkeep were far below what we expected for the price we paid.

Every staff member we interacted with was helpful and friendly and they seemed genuinely welcoming and wanting us to have a good stay. Housekeeping really went above and beyond to thoroughly clean the room every day. We would book here again next time we are back in NYC.

And an 30 minutes back to JFK The rooms are plenty spacious and clean. Always stocked. The staff was very helpful. I always prefer a hotel with concierge service. I would highly recommend. I will be using this hotel every time I come back to NYC.
