First time staying in this hotel. Absolutely amazing. Greeted by my name when I arrived at valet. The spa was beyond expectations. They also had my favorite sound system; (Duvalier) along with a “room mist bottle” and a ton of other details. Food was great,. Special thanks to concierge: Chris for making my stay extraordinary.

Went to the spa for a massage on Valentine’s Day. It was the most basic massage I have ever gotten!!! For a 5 star hotel and a French spa it lacked everything! Room was cold. I asked for a Lymphatic massage and I have had lymphatics before and that was definitely not a lymphatic. Then they served hot green tea in a plastic cup??

We stayed here for a long weekend trip and while the decor of the hotel is gorgeous, the service is nowhere near what I would expect of a 5 star hotel. It seems like everyone’s favorite word here is “no” because nothing was ever possible when making simple requests. They don’t put any thought or attention into their customer service and simply don’t care if a guest experiences an issue - there was never any follow up or accommodation when necessary. The room service experience was also extremely underwhelming and sloppy with no effort put into the presentation. Additionally, the walls are beyond paper thin and you can hear everything going on in the adjacent rooms, making it very difficult to properly rest and relax. As someone who is used to staying at the world’s top hotels with unparalleled customer service experiences, this was truly disappointing. It seems the staff is trained to work at a 3 or 4 star hotel at best - certainly not a hotel claiming to be 5 stars. I would not recommend staying at this hotel unless they are able to significantly improve staff training. The best part was certainly the doormen who were nothing but lovely and accommodating.

Went to Titsou bar with my friends on Saturday and had the best new smoky cocktail. Jazmine is such a cool host ( friendly and stylish). I’ll definitely be back.

Veal chop alone made the train ride to New York worth the trip. Normally, I'm not a fan of precut medallions of steak. Fouquet's changed my mind. Succulent, tender, and flavorful slices of veal melted in my mouth. Ended the night with profiteroles. So amazingly decadent combination of ice cream, almonds, and chocolate. Excellent service.
