Courtyard New York Manhattan/SoHo

Spent three nights here with friends to visit NYC. Rooms are clean and comfy, location is great, but the staff is the real gem here. Rodrick up front in the evenings treated us like close friends, and helped us spend some social time at the tables in the lobby. He was incredible. thanks for a wonderful stay!

The night front desk associate and the morning fella supervisor both lied to me multiple times about their bait and switch tricks. I was promised to be offered a standard king room at the 6th floor but was then told that they did not have any . The front desk female supervisor on the morning shift was very rude. They clearly lied to me about not knowing the actual concerns even though Marriott customers services department had contacted them many times on my behalf, The TV was broke down with no signal. Strong urine smells on the carpet especially near the bathroom. There were black spots in the toilet seat which can never be flushed away. Yellowish spots on the toilet seat. Ridiculously loud noise coming out of the AC both inside the room and in the hall way. There dark stains on the bed linens and sheets, It is ridiculously unacceptable that the front desk supervisor would blame me for booking late and would lied to marriott about me refusing them to send technicians to fix the TV. She put me on hold for 8 minutes without addressing anything and did not provide me with any amenities until after the call ended. She also refused to let me speak to her supervisor or general manger. Two out of the three elevators were out of service. Extremely noisy sounds from across the street.

I had an amazing stay at the Courtyard by Marriott in SoHo, thanks to Yolitza! She was incredibly friendly, helpful, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. Her warmth and attention to detail truly made my stay unforgettable. Huge thanks to her for such great service!

The hotel is situated fantastic in the middle of New York City and easily accessible to all points. The room was clean and the stair fantastic. Specifically, Lexi and Yolitza at the Front desk were over the top amazing.

We had a great but unexpected stay in New York after a long weekend we spent 12 hours in the LaGuardia airport, loaded our completely full flight but we had no pilots. This is at 1:00am, they cancelled it. I called multiple hotels by the airport, all sold out. Call the SoHo Marriott and talked to a very pleasant young man named Jeffery. He was Excellent from start to finish. Very happy with Jeffery, hop management sees this and praises this young man. He is a asset to the Marriott team
