The staff was so friendly, I didn’t want to leave. My room was great. The atmosphere was good. I had a great time staying here on my vacation and there were many things to do within walking distance from the hotel. They had two amazing bars and an amazing restaurant. Totally worth the price and will definitely stay here again on my next trip to DC!

The drain in our shower was broken despite them coming by to “fix it” multiple times. The toilet seat didn’t fit the seat so it slid around each time you went to the bathroom. We were constantly having to ask them to bring more than 2 wash clothes as we had 3 people in our party. The restaurant was great and the service even better. My son enjoyed having the pool although there were never towels available. Staff were very nice and helpful!

The Watergate Hotel is an Icon within Washington D.C. I was brought here as a gift from my wife for my 30th birthday. From start to finish, this was an excellent stay. The rooms are still in the 60’s styling, but upgraded to give you the luxury and expectation of such a fine hotel. The beds were comfortable, and rooms were spacious, and the bathrooms were clean and had plenty of amenities. We also had the opportunity to drink at the Whisky bar within the lobby. The espresso martini was strong and delicious. I also was able to try a Japanese whisky that was equally as excellent. The service from the concierge to check in was quick, transparent, and friendly. If I come back to Washington, I will consider heavily coming again.

This was a super fun stay. It’s really nice even beyond the…ya know…thing that happened. Room felt a little dated around the corners but still great. Super well located, especially if you’re hanging out around GW
