Do not stay here. I went against better judgement and attempted to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. I should have remembered that you get what you pay for - cheap room = cheap quality. Still, I gave it a shot and didn't last more than 20 minutes before I cancelled and left for another hotel. The photos of this place online are deceiving. It's disgusting in person and in a shady area of town. As soon as I entered my room, I noticed that the place was filthy, old and run down. I would be better off sleeping outside under a bridge. Don't do it.

I have tried to reach out to the hotel and wyndham, but I can't get through to anyone. Do not stay they will leave you high and dry." Such feedback, indicating serious concerns about cleanliness, safety, and responsiveness of staff, is highly detrimental and should be a primary factor in a potential guest's decision-making process.
In conclusion, while Travelodge by Wyndham Brattleboro VT aims to provide a budget-friendly stay with essential amenities, the extremely critical and concerning customer reviews regarding its cleanliness, condition, and service responsiveness make it a highly questionable option. May 07, 2025 · Zac DavilaDirty filthy rooms, dog hair everywhere, dog food under the beds, spaghetti stains on the floor. Walls are filthy, this place needs to be condemned. Microwave looks like it survived a nuclear fallout...
Mar 25, 2025 · Official EchoI used to stay here all the time when it was motel 6. I used to live in the area, and now when I come back to visit I just need an easy place to stay with my dogs. I came back to stay in august of 2022, right after the motel became travelodge they didn’t update info on any of the third-party websites and it still stated “dogs stay free.” When I left after my stay, about 2 hours down the road I got a charge for the dogs for each night. When I called to explain that the information was wrong online and no one cared to mention this when I was actually there for 3 days the front desk girl said there was nothing she could do. I asked to speak to the manager (who’s actually the owner) and she said she’d leave a message for him to call me. I never heard back so I called the next day and she said he “does not want to speak with you.” I tried calling corporate several times but since travelodge is a franchise it’s impossible to get customer service at a higher level. I never wrote a review back then because I was trying to contact someone who could make it right before writing a negative review, but the motel came to mind recently and I wanted to share my bad experience. I work in customer service as a manager myself and this service was absolutely disgusting and I will never come back here or any other travelodge because of it (not to mention the room was covered in flys and the shower faucet dripped all night long… which I never would have written anything about if it wasn’t for the horrible service) it’s too bad cause this was my go to spot in my old town.
Sep 20, 2024 · katie coeWe just needed a room to sleep for the night. Would stay again if we need a one night stop to sleep. Pros: Close to highway. Room was partially newly renovated (floor, bed, desk, shower walls, sink counter) Large sink counter. Check in was fast and smooth. The gentleman was nice. Expected as a 2 star motel. Cons: Dirt from recent renovation partially covered the table. Had to wipe down the surfaces. Brought our own hangers but there was nothing we can hang from. Had to stack our coats/clothes on the table. Heard footsteps from above in the middle of night. Wall, doors/frame need to be repainted/cleaned to make it look not dirty/run down. Have potential to make it look not run down if fully renovated.
