Just because they are changing their name don't mean it's better! This place is disgusting. Rooms nasty, hallways smell like weed, sink water was brown, piles and PILES of dirty towels and sheets in the second floor hallway. I was charged $50 A NIGHT when their site says a $50 deposit with no indication it was PER NIGHT. I was charged $100 for the two nights we stayed for "damaged linen". I promise to GOD the 4 towels we were provided and the one set of sheets was stained before we got there. Hair on the toilet seat and shower walls. Floors were sticky. Moldy food left in the mini fridge from previous guest. The heater worked but only after an hour of heating up. I've tried multiple times to get in contact with their supervisor/owner to get my deposit back but they will not return my calls. I believe this is because they thought they could just charge me and I'd lay down and take it. Absolutely not. I want photo evidence and without that there is no way you are charging me $100 for damaged linen. Based on the mountain tall sheets and towels in the hallway, safe to say they don't even attempt to wash anything they just label everything "damaged" and are falsely charging innocent visitors. Like i said in the beginning, disgusting. I've escalated the situation to corporate. Hope to hear from them soon.

This hotel is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL! With the absolute BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE that I've ever experienced with any hotel! I had trouble checking in, and the front desk associate and manager were very patient, understanding, and helpful with my situation, Anna & Angel we're EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, and worked with me through my situation and did all that they could do with getting me checked in. Words cannot explain how HAPPY and BLESSED I am to have had their service! 鉂わ笍 After checking into my room, the renovations are ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL for the price that I've paid! This is the BEST hotel I've been in in Rochester for the price! Absolutely stunning renovations, this is an absolute FIVE-STAR hotel with AMAZING accommodations! I'm truly THANKFUL for the help that I received today! IF I COULD GIVE 100 STARS I WOULD! 馃槉 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! This was by far the worst hotel experience of my life and I stayed at a place called DaddyO once. First I had to be moved room two different time because the first room had a large hole in the wall and the second room had a made bed with dirty sheets covered in other peoples hairs and full of stains. The 3rd room did not have hand soap, had broken soap holders, was not adequately clean, and had broke pieces of the window seal on the floor. I asked the front desk for soap who could even be bothered to bring it down to the room. In 5 nights they did not once provide room service(not that they were really cleaning in an acceptable fashion). Every single night around 2 - 4 am it sounded like furniture was being moved and pushed around the room upstairs making it near impossible to sleep. I brought this to the attention of two different staff members who did not care. The entire hotels smells of weed and is unbelievably musky. I regret my stay here and would never stay again. This place is a complete health hazard (Dirty sheets under a made bed, Freaking Gross) not clean, and frankly is a blight on all other hotels with a wyndham name.

The rooms were small smimple and cheap, cant say or expect too muchf or 50 a night. BUT the room clearly was not cleaned well, we found a kids shirt under one of the beds, and the shades did nothing to block out the bright parking lot lights. But for my girlfriend, she felt unsafe since the door latch was broken and wouldn't stop a determined toddler from getting in let alone a grown man or woman.

Room was filthy, including cracker crumbs in a chair. When we mentioned it, they gave us a washcloth to wipe it up ourselves. we couldn't get hot water for a shower when we checked in, and some kind of bugs bit us. They swore they didn't have bed bugs. We barely slept. There is no breakfast
