Today was our third year running coming here for their Mother's Day brunch. Over the years, we've been to many Rochester area restaurants for brunch. The Inn & Conference Center is the best! The place is cavernous and beautiful, and the wide selection of deliciously prepared food offerings is second to none. Table service is very attentive. I believe that reservations are required.

It is important for prospective guests to consider the feedback from past customers for a balanced view. While many experiences are positive, particularly regarding the staff and food service (like the Mother's Day brunch, described as "the best"), some reviews highlight areas for improvement. One customer noted an out-of-service elevator, loose electrical outlets by the bed, poor soundproofing between rooms (leading to noise from neighbors and barking dogs), a distracting mirror over the desk, and a squeaky desk chair. The general decor in some rooms was also described as "empty and bare." These points suggest that while the hotel provides a broad range of amenities and excellent staff, there may be inconsistencies in room maintenance and sound isolation that could affect certain guest experiences. It's advisable for guests with specific needs (e.g., mobility issues, sensitivity to noise, or reliance on multiple power outlets) to communicate these to the hotel in advance or confirm recent renovations, or consider requesting a room on the 5th floor, which has been mentioned as potentially renovated, to ensure a comfortable stay.
Overall, the RIT Inn & Conference Center aims to be a comprehensive solution for travelers in Henrietta, NY, offering a blend of robust amenities, versatile event spaces, and a convenient location, supported by a generally well-regarded customer service team.

May 11, 2025 · J BI recently stayed here for two nights, and the stay was less than ideal overall. First, the elevator closest to my room was out of service, so I had to walk the entire length of the hall both ways whenever I needed to go somewhere. Since I have mobility issues, this was especially frustrating. Inside my room, I discovered that most of the outlets by the bed didn’t work because the outlets were too loose to grip the plugs. Enough of them worked that I could manage, but it could have been easier. The soundproofing between the rooms also wasn’t great. I could hear my neighbors snoring, and a guest had a dog bark loudly enough to wake a person up- it was so clear, they may as well have been in my room with me. I spent most of my stay working at the desk provided with the room. Oddly, they had chosen to hang a mirror directly over the desk, so every time I looked up to think, I was caught off guard for a moment upon seeing myself. It was pretty distracting. The chair at the desk also squeaked so loudly whenever I moved that I felt bad for my neighbors, especially with the soundproofing issue in mind. Lastly, I was in a king-size room and, aside from the previously mentioned mirror and one other picture on the other wall in the same corner, there was no decoration on the walls. It felt empty and bare. On a positive note, every employee I interacted with was kind and friendly. Their collective customer service is why I’m rating this hotel as highly as I am.
May 24, 2025 · Elizabeth KnightThis is honestly a pretty decent hotel, I think they must have recently renovated based on past comments. The room was super cute, walls were a little thin but we were also right by the elevator so a little noise is to be expected. Water pressure was a little weak but not too bad. The blanket was really sad though, just a thin brown blanket between to flat sheets. Loved the pool and hot tub but my biggest complaint (that others may not even mind) is that the hours were a little weird. I imagine it’s because they have an actual lifeguard on duty which is nice for safety but because of that they have odd hours. Saturday the pool was only open from 12-8, but Friday was open til 10. Sunday it opened at 10am but checkout was 11 so we only had a couple opportunities to go. The bar is really nice and the bartender was a doll, the restaurant is also really convenient and had a lot of options. I got a breakfast burrito and it was delicious. And huge lol my fiance got to eat the other half lol. I wish though that they had more courtesy options though. A lot of hotels offer free coffee, water, cookies, or recently I’ve seen a lot having fruit infused water when you check in. I think those are really nice features. Not a deal breaker but they don’t offer free breakfast either, so coffee in the lobby would be a nice gesture. Though to be fair there were coffee pods and a keurig in the room. All of that being said, the room was very clean, bed was very comfortable, service was really good, all of the complaints I listed are what I would consider to be very minor. I still think we both really enjoyed the stay.
Mar 23, 2025 · Megan MVert Clean rooms. Very clean facility. I enjoyed the pool. Staff was kind. No continental breakfast. You'll have to pay. That's fine. They have breakfast delivered of ordered before 12 am.
May 07, 2025 · Janae HarringtonThe common areas are very well maintained and fairly nice looking. Front desk contrary to to other reviews was friendly and efficient. The real knock against this property is the rooms are dated, almost a motel feel but it was very clean and everything worked fine. I would stay again especially since the price always seems reasonable.
