Absolutely beautiful, nautical theme. Wonderful sauna. The Jazz room was exquisite and classy. And the coffee in the morning was gold. Loved my stay from start to finish.

Usually people filled compelled to write reviews only when they had bad experiences and rarely for great homes. I had the pleasure of dining at the Jazz club multiple times in the last couple of weeks and I feel that Francesco’s exceptional service deserves recognition. I’ve had nothing short of impeccable experiences over and over again and would strongly recommend the venue and the Jazz club manager to my friends and acquaintances. Keep up the amazing work!!

I’ve been a member at Casa Cipriani for years, and the jazz room there is truly my favorite part. The vibe is beautifully moody, perfect for a night out, with incredible live performances that never fail to impress. Francesco’s service adds to the experience—he’s attentive, welcoming, and always brings great energy to the room. Between the soulful singers and the intimate, cozy atmosphere, the jazz room at Casa Cipriani is the ideal spot to unwind and take in some incredible music. Highly recommend it for anyone seeking an unforgettable evening!

This is hands down the finest hotel in NYC. From the unmatched waterfront views to the persistent attention to detail in every little thing, the Cipriani family has really created something magnificent here. I was fortunate enough to stay at the property multiple times recently, they have some of the nicest suites I have seen in NY and the club beckons a long lost era of old school European hospitality you don’t find outside of Europe. The staff is also unbelievable, they are truly passionate about what they do and you can feel it in every interaction. My first interaction at the property was with Yasmin at reception, she really made me understand why they call it “Casa Cipriani.” She made me feel at home from the first moment I arrived and honestly I don’t want to stay anywhere else when I come to NY. Stefano is also wonderful, he repeatedly went out of his way to make me feel at home and accommodate me every way he could. In the Club, Don Carlo and Matteo reminded me of my time in Milano, one of my favorite cities. There is nothing like old school Italian hospitality and they really know how to deliver that thousands of miles away from the homeland. I thank Carlo for his patience as I practice my mediocre Italian with him. To think there is a taste of Milano just across the Hudson from NJ is pretty amazing. I feel like I have a new home in NYC and I couldn’t be happier. Oh yes, we can’t forget Jenny, she is great too. She whips up those Go Go Juices with expert precision and can really handle a high volume customer such as myself! Can’t wait to stay again, stay once and you won’t be able to wait until you come back. #BPT

Excellent location and staff make this gem of a property stand out among the most exceptional places in our time. Everyone I interacted with in the many times I have stayed here was impeccable in presentation, appointment and hospitality, in particular Yasmin at the front desk and Carlo at the restaurant. Their hospitality was so natural and memorable because it wasn't from a script, it was genuine and heartfelt.
