ON CHRISTMAS EVE Within the hour they spoke to the housekeeper and the house keeper had the item. The manager rectified the issue immediately and got me my gift back. The manager, front desk receptionist and the housekeeper are all quality great humans. Plus their rooms are clean and the food is phenomenal. So attentive, kind, and genuine authenticity. I will be coming back to this location every time. They made my holiday so much better. 10000% recommend coming here.

Vic at the front desk was incredibly kind, helpful, and patient with me for check in and in regards to a few additional things I needed support with. I recommend this hotel - and thank you Vic!

The person who checked me in was not able to reverse the charge for some reason and told me to check with the front desk in the morning. I checked with the front desk who said I would be sent a receipt that showed the corrected charge. I still have charges on my credit card from both expedia and Fairfield (the incidental fee has now been reversed but the other charges are still there). I was on hold with the front desk trying to talk to someone for more than 20 minutes and eventually hung up. When I tried to call their billing extension, it goes to a full mailbox. Not able to find an email contact on the website to get this resolved. Staff need better training on how to handle this. Rooms were average, about what I would expect for the price.
