Beautiful stay! What a pleasure to have a kitchenette and be able to fix food at one's desire. And the complimentary breakfast, complete, warm and nutritious, on a spacious area. Slept so well, quiet room with excellent insulation from street noise. Bed was so comfortable, and the a/c so silent, that I overslept. Gladly, the room had enough space for my morning exercises, with a coffee. Service was friendly and courteous, and tended to all our needs. The gym: I got my pump thanks to the weights and floor mats, while keeping myself hydrated with the filtered water available. Even though I didn't use them, treadmills and elliptical machines were available. At the end of the day, a warm shower and a glass of wine. Will return! Cheers

We are delighted with our experience. The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was very good, with a lot of variety, and the facilities were pleasant and clean. The staff was courteous and helpful. We had a great stay. We will stay here again when we come to revisit our Brooklyn friends. Thank you.

Rooms are clean, they offer free breakfast and the check-in/checkout process was a breeze. Like most NY hotels, they charge for overnight parking but we were fortunate enough to skip this and easily find street parking in front of the hotel both nights we stayed. Be sure to pay attention to street sweeping signs and you’ll be ok. It’s about one block away from the train station so you can get access to anywhere in the city. There are a few coffee shops and corner stores within walking distance but for the most part, you’ll have to drive or take the train to get where you want to go. All in all, I would stay at this hotel again when visiting NY!

My girlfriend & I recently stayed for a night while in town for a concert. From start to finish, the staff was top notch. They were incredibly attentive, professional, & personable. Whether with us or others in line ahead of us in the lobby you could sense the level of care they have to helping each of their guests. The room was extremely clean & we were greeted by the cleaning staff in & out, as well. We felt like our time spent in Brooklyn was elevated tremendously by this great stay. Thanks again!

Roaches!!!!! Disappointed and disgusted. I arrived late after a long business trip. I noticed the bedspread was stained but ignored it because I had two beds. I went to take a shower and saw that my bath towels were all stained. I requested new towels in the app, and instead of bringing me towels, the front desk called and told me to go get new towels from the front. All through the night I could hear people in the hallway. The next morning I found a tiny roach in the bathroom. On my way out for the day I asked for housekeeping. When I returned late that night, housekeeping had not come and there were two large roaches, one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. I started looking around the room and noticed that there was old crusty food along the wall and an empty candy bag between the stained bed and the nightstand. It was like 1 am so I went to sleep after killing the roaches and the next day I again asked for housekeeping o n my way out. The desk assured me they’d be there between 1 and 4 pm. I got back to my room at 7 pm and housekeeping did not come. And what’s worse is there were more roaches! We left and on our way out the lady at the desk said she’d put it in her report and management would contact us asap. It’s been a week and we haven’t heard from them. They’ve also blocked me from leaving a review on their app. Do yourself a favor and stay elsewhere. This was disgusting, and paying $400/night is theft for this experience. Do better, Marriott.
