Hampton Inn New York - LaGuardia Airport

Our stay at the Hampton inn was an exceptional experience. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, what truly made our stay memorable was the outstanding service provided by a staff member named Bruno. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Bruno's kindness and professionalism truly stood out, and we are very grateful for his assistance. I highly recommend the Hampton Inn and commend Bruno for his excellent service. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!

This location, like all airport hotels at LaGuardia or elsewhere, is entirely overpriced. Somewhat predatory pricing for essentially a 1-2 star lodging. This is a fairly run-down Hampton Inn that has not received any substantial upgrades. Front desk staff at check-in was adequate but not exactly welcoming/helpful. The elevator to our floor was shaking in a funny way…is that really OK? The room was essentially clean, but the bathroom had rusting/dirty shower door frames that have not been cleaned in years. The shower was not working properly. Perhaps the faucet hardware needs to be replaced? No hot water on arrival, and just scalding hot water in the morning. The hallways were not heated. Free shuttle to the airport theoretically runs every 20 minutes, starting at the top of the hour, but our 8:00 AM shuttle did not arrive until 8:06 AM or so. The location was outstanding, however.

My stay at Hampton Inn New York - LaGuardia Airport was exceptional! The hotel was clean, modern, and provided all the amenities I needed. The complimentary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure all my needs were met. The location was perfect, just minutes from LaGuardia Airport, with a convenient shuttle service. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay near the airport.

Service - easily 5 stars. Ayan was one of the top front desk agents I have encountered, over years with travel. I think he would have a very promising future in large-scale hotel management, if he wishes to pursue it. Rooms - roomy and clean, for a city hotel. I dislike Hilton's Microban bedding, as I have significant concern regarding the safety of microscopic silver exposure. Parking - rough, but at least there is the potential for outdoor parking, either in small lot or on roof of parking garage. Location - very convenient

The staff was nice. The rooms were worn and dated but clean and everything worked. They have a very nice pool next door. Breakfast was good. The only real problem is there is no heat in any of the common areas such as lobby, restaurant, hallways, and lounges. By no heat I mean you can see your breath in there the hallways are in the 40’s. It was 15 degrees outside when we stayed there for two days due to a flight cancelation. We pretty much had to stay in our rooms as it was too cold to do anything else there.
