After our flight was canceled we needed a hotel for the night. After positive experiences at other Hilton brand hotels we chose this one because it had a shuttle. With no information on how to catch the shuttle I called the front desk. The receptionist was very rude when I asked her where to catch the shuttle. Her response was for me to ask someone at the airport. That should have been an indication of what level of service I would get at this hotel. The shuttle bus showed up on time, but the van was dirty and had the engine check light on, which concerned us. The driver then played somewhat loud rap music on the radio, which I thought was not appropriate for customers that are an aging couple. Upon arrival at the hotel, we immediately noticed the hotel floors were dirty, and the receptionist was talking in a rude manner to another guest checking in. Very unprofessional and unpleasant service. We got to our room, which appeared to be fairly clean, but we wiped it down with Clorox wipes anyway to be safe. We found the toilet was functioning erratically and seemed to run for long periods of time after flushing. I did not notify the front desk as it was already late. There was a large group of people talking very loud in the hallway for a long period of time. Nothing was done by the rude receptionist to rectify the situation. I cannot recommend this hotel nor would I stay here again. Shame on Hilton for not ensuring this hotel meets the Hilton brand standards.

Don't stay there!!! One of the worst hotels I've ever had. The receptionists show no interest whatsoever in helping the guests. The hotel overall looks very worn and for sure needs refurbishment. My room got rusty spots inside the bathtub, cracked sink and only dirty towells available. The airport shuttle comes every 30 minutes but doesn't follow the timetable. They charge 250 dollars for accidentals even for 1-night stay. There are plenty of other hotels in the airport's proximity, so strongly recommend booking one of those instead.

My experience here was great. I'm a veterand and the staff was very amazing and professional. They helped me check-in quickly and got me in a nice n comfy room. Clean hotel lobby and rooms. Safe parking that's fully fenced and easy to access. I would recommend everyone to stay here with their families if they're coming to visit New Jersey or New York City. Bring food to this hotel and water. They don't give you water nor ice because they say you have to put ice in the freezer to get ice. The vending machines, a bag of Doritos that's 50 cents anywhere else is $4 dollars here. Are you insane? A Poptart is $4 dollars.

Horrible customer service attention. Arrived in the evening. Called for the hotel shuttle, they never arrived, we waited for more than an hour. Had to take additional transportation to the hotel. After calling multiple times, the fromt desk receptionist stopped answering the phone. After we arrived, the front desk receptionist had a horrible attitude. The following day, no hot water, the water was super cold. Again in the morning, different front desk receptionist, on her phone, and not paying attention to you. Definitely do not recommend.

Arriving to this hotel was a long journey. We were told that the shuttle came every 30 mins and it did not. We saw other hotel shuttles come and go up to 4 times before ours arrive. At the 45 minute mark we called the hotel to ask and she told us it comes every hour at that moment I believe she told the drive there were people waiting to be picked up and then he came to get us. When he came I walked up to the van and he asked me am I sure I’m at the right bus? No greeting no announcement, no manners! Then I said yes we’ve been waiting for an hour. He begrudgingly got out of the bus and opened the baggage hold in the back. My husband put out bags in, no the bus driver didn’t help. He didn’t say sorry for the wait he didn’t open the door to sit down I did. We drove in silence to the hotel. Another passenger opened the door and we existed and he took the bag out of the trunk. Afterwards he came into the lobby and sat on his phone where I presume is where he was at for a hour when he was suppose to be making rounds every 30 mins! Front desk had no enthusiasm, she didn’t even say welcome to the hotel she just looked up and my husband said we would like to check in and then she asked for ID and card. Gave us our things and didn’t say much else . Hotel location is good very close to food, walking distance from the mall as well . The rooms are clean and orderly. This is my first time in New Jersey and the airport was disorderly, people are rude and this hotel service was very unwelcoming so far.
