I stayed for just one night; 4/8/25-4/9/25. First impression was the hotel is super clean and actually really big inside, the lobby is huge and can get kind of confusing so reading the signs will help tremendously when trying to find anything on the ground floor especially the elevators. I stayed in room 607 (king 1 bedroom suite with harbor view). The room was super spacious and clean when I arrived. My favorite part of the room was of course the view of the water, I don’t think I would have liked my stay as much if I got a room facing the highway. They also have a great selection of food, drinks, medicine, personal hygiene products available for purchase in the lobby. Only issues I really had was when I went to leave, the parking meter at the exit wanted $32 from me for parking when I was told by the receptionist and the website parking is only $15 per day. I said no way am I paying $32 so I pressed the help button, waited about 5 minutes and suddenly the clearance bar raised for us. Also, breakfast is not free here, expect to pay almost $20 if you want a Hampton Inn style breakfast buffet. And the lamp by the couch did not work (yes it was plugged in). I work for Hilton so I got a great discount staying here and am happy with what I got for what I paid for and I would stay here again!

Apr 09, 2025 · jusThe good: parking, direct access to India Point Park The bad: the room was disgusting. There was something spilled on the TV, the couch (that cost me an extra $20) was dirty and we wouldn’t sit on it. I paid $388 for a night in a room that i found completely unacceptable. I will never go back to this hotel again. I really wanted to like it, because the location is cool and the parking is really good. The a Hilton in Downtown is much better. Skip this one.
Apr 27, 2025 · Walter DThe rooms on the north side are exposed to the constant highway traffic, even at night. Request one on the southern side if you want to avoid the din. There's no way to safely leave the hotel without a car. They failed to build a walkway to the hotel entrance, so you have to walk around the narrow car entrance and their gates which are all labeled "vehicles only". Which is crazy when the hotel is right next to parks, playgrounds, bike trails, and dedicated pedestrian paths to area restaurants. Even the brewery next door requires walking directly through car traffic and street cars where people don't stop. I confirmed with staff that it's all very poorly thought out. Rooms were clean, but I didn't come here to sit in my room all day.
May 05, 2025 · Mike FrysingerNot a bad hotel for a quick stay - dropped 1 star due to the fact that breakfast is not included at this location, and the breakfast that you have the option of purchasing is very low quality for the price. All available options are free at any other location I have stayed at. Secure parking, clean rooms, decent location.
Mar 10, 2025 · Greg KissDue to issue with the previous hotel we booked, we stayed at this hotel. Room was amazing, and location was beautiful. Yari was very courteous while checking us in and went about and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Only issue we had was the parking fee even though you are a guest, should be waived.
