This is a nice property. The room was clean, spacious, and modern. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The location was very convenient and within walking distance to many sites. I did have a problem with the huge discrepancy in price for 1 night of my five nights stay. The only parking is valet.

Mar 22, 2025 · LauraVery good for a busy working week. It is nice and quiet in case you have to sleep during the day! Beds are a bit firm for my liking and good lord, shower heads should be checked more often since mine only partially worked. They also have those awful half shower doors, so be prepared to freeze. Staff is super nice and valet people are amazing as well.
Feb 05, 2025 · Anna GPersonal items were stolen!!!!!! I extended my stay at the hotel for one more night, looking forward to a relaxing evening. After leaving around 4:30 PM for dinner, I returned to find that my room had been cleaned. Unfortunately, I discovered that some of my personal items were missing. I promptly went to the lobby to speak with the night manager, who assured me she would investigate the matter and give me a call However, the next day came and went without a call from the hotel. When I reached out myself, the day manager dismissed my concerns, suggesting there was no wrongdoing on the hotel’s part and implying I was merely assuming my belongings had been taken. I was devastated to learn that my engagement ring was among the missing items, but thankfully, I have insurance. I also lost a few other personal belongings It’s disheartening to experience such a lack of accountability, and I cannot recommend this hotel. Theft is simply unacceptable, and it leaves a sour impression on what should have been a pleasant stay.
Dec 31, 2024 · Sarah LopesRooms were clean and in great shape. The guys at the front desk were super helpful and polite. Great location across the street from the Convention Center. I dinged them 1 star (it probably should have been 2), due to their multiple, obnoxious and unacceptable taxes and fees. In addition to the Providence City Tax, the Occupancy Tax, and Sales Tax, Marriott adds on additional "Sales Fee" and "Occupancy Fee." And of course, they don't explain these fees. I get so sick and tired of corporations and businesses "nickel and diming" us more and more with add-on fees. These taxes and fees added and extra $23 to our bill EACH night of our stay.
Mar 09, 2025 · J BI do not typically rate chain establishments but this location is worth remembering. I am not crazy about mandatory valet services typically but these guys are pretty darn professional. It's greatly appreciated. This place is very clean relative to even other Residence Inns.
