Mar 29, 2025 · Jill LemkeJust had a wonderful stay at the Beatrice Hotel. Everything from the valet parking to the front desk to the room was exceptional and one of the nicest hotels we have stayed in to date and there have been many. The front desk was extremely helpful and even though we got to the hotel early they made the transition to the room a wonderful experience. The room itself was extremely refined down to every detail. And I slept like a baby! Don't hesitate book now!
Jan 26, 2025 · AVE Electric (AVE ELECTRIC)We stayed for 1 night in room 205 which is a Grand King with 2 floor length windows making up one wall. Upon check in the front desk staff were super nice, once we got up to our room we realized they put us in an ADA accessible room which isn’t a big deal, we just couldn’t use the simple human mirror and the bathroom flooded when taking a shower. But the real problem we had was the cleanliness of the room. There was a Bobby pin left on the bed when we walked in, there was pee crusted on the toilet seat, the small bathroom trash already had items in it, the cream rug under the bed had poop stains on it. The blackout curtains let in large gaps of light from outside, the thermostat in the room didn’t go below 68.5 and you couldn’t control the fan, and the walls were so thin we could hear when the people above and below us where doing the whole night and the bed was dreadfully hard. All in all, would not recommend for the price and definitely will not be going back. Very disappointing.
Mar 25, 2025 · Victoria KowalI’m originally from the area and travel back often to visit family. This is my new favorite and my go to in the future. I don’t believe they have a peer in the area, and I’ve stayed in most over the many years (excluding Newport, because, you know, the bridges). Everything is very luxury 5-star feel, staff super nice and professional, I opted for the larger room and the size was perfect. There is a real attention to detail and quality (furnishings, materials, lighting and of course the smart toilet) that is on par with Ritz Carlton and Four Seasons properties. Didn’t get to try the restaurant this time, but the menu looked fantastic and I’m looking forward to it next time.
