I stayed this past weekend for 1 night to see a comedy show. First thing, location was unbeatable. I was a 5min walk to the theater. The service was great. They were very responsive and earlier than they said they would be for room service. The room itself gets a mix review. I stayed in a king with balcony. The room size was fine and the balcony was relaxing. The bathroom was clean and large. The shower was killer(that's good)! The only reason it's not getting 5 is because I thought it was a little out of date with some decor and the 2 chairs for sitting looked stained. Overall, I'd definitely recommend it for a stay.

Apr 28, 2025 · Seamus JennerI stayed only for an overnight stay for a concert nearby. The location was perfect as it was a 4 minute walk. The staff was absolutely amazing! From check in to room service to valet and all in between and behind the scenes. My son’s highlight was the check in woman sending him up a cookie and milk!!! The room was clean and spacious, the bathroom was clean and our view was good for us! Thank you Omni for having an amazing group of employees!
Apr 06, 2025 · DanaGreat hotel. It was very easy to make a reservation. Loved the text messages reminding me about my upcoming stay. The room and bathroom were huge! Got great customer service. Everyone was so helpful--from parking valet, front desk, bell hop, housekeeping, EVERYONE! We had such a wonderful time. We were there for our son's graduation. Not having problems with my reservation/stay made our trip more wonderful. I can't say enough positive things about Omni Providence. Best hotel I've stayed at in a very long time.
May 04, 2025 · Helen MeridaWe enjoyed our weekend stay, but we expected more from the room. Not sure if it needed more of a deep clean or an updating. The chair in the room seemed like it needed a steam cleaning. The water pressure in the sink was super low. The toilet was kind of small and the toilet paper hold was all up in my knee. It was in a bad location and because of that it was loose from people banging it. Staff was great and the lobby is very nice and classy. Not a bad stay and with some improvements it could be great.
Mar 01, 2025 · Tim McCarthyIt deserves a one star, because the lowest rate is one star. We live in 14th floor and still can clearly hear the noise from the street. Also, I can hear the noise from neighbor very clearly. The guest service is a desaster. The hair dryer does not work and I call guest service. They told me it's gonna be here quickly. I didn't get it for 40 mins. After I got the new hair dryer, you know what? Not only the old one is not working, I also found out there is no electronic in thr bathroom. Never live in here. THE MOST TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE EVER.
