we stayed for 2 weeks and it was very convenient and close to Mass General Hospital. Very comfortable bed and the kitchen was perfect. unfortunately no drawers in bedroom so we used the kitchen drawers. The trundle bed was not very practical as it had a big dip in the middle so we bought an egg crate topper which we left in the closet. we would certainly stay there again. very quiet and convenient shops in the vicinity, especially the grocery store. however they didn’t know anything about a discount which you had advertised earlier. look forward to our next stay.

A wonderful place to stay! We loved the location. It felt safe & secure, quiet. The host was very responsive. Our unit was clean and comfortable, such a perfect place to stay for our Boston trip.

We were in town for the Boston Marathon. J Miller Flats were the perfect location for our little family of 3. The kitchen was a great and the space was big enough for our pack n play. The only drawback was the very tiny elevator to get up to the 4th floor. I would highly recommend.

Had a wonderful experience staying here with my husband and 1 year old. The place was clean and had all the basics. I was also very impressed with how quiet it was. We didn't here any city noise. We were in apartment 2 on the back side of the building for reference. I also love that they had two parking spots that you could rent. The one time we had to reach out via phone the answered promptly and quickly helped us. Will definitely be staying here again.

I just got back from a long weekend in Boston and could not have picked a better place to stay. The third story elevator accessed unit had everything we needed. We opted to include a parking space for a very reasonable fee and are glad we did. We left our car there the whole time and never had to be concerned with moving our car or finding parking as we enjoyed our stay in Boston. 94 Charles is in the middle of a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to other parts of the city. The Thatch team that manages the property is easy to reach and responds readily to any questions you might have. I can’t say how quickly they respond to problems only because we had none. When you rent a place you never know what you are going to get. So you can only hope to get a place as warm, welcoming and well situated as J. Miller Flats by Thatcher. Brian McGorty
