Unfortunately, this parking facility uses a third-party airport shuttle service (Hyatt hotel). Upon arrival, I was told that the shuttle comes to the parking garage once an hour. I did not remember this information when booking... and it would have been helpful, as we waited almost an hour down in the garage. The real nightmare was our return back from the airport after our vacation. I had been given a number with an extension to call upon return, which I thought was a direct line to the shuttle driver or the parking facility. It was neither! The extension was irrelevant and the call always went directly to the hotel. My goal was to communicate to the driver ASAP in case the shuttle happen to be at the airport already. Sure enough, it was. Because there was no communication, the shuttle literally came and left as we were walking out to the pick up area. We waited approximately an hour and a half, standing outside by the LaGuardia Airport shuttle area. I think the hotel did communicate with the driver, eventually, but it made no difference. This parking strategy does not deviate from its system. Lastly, when we finally got dropped off back at the garage... the shuttle left immediately without picking up a person who was waiting to go to the airport. What? It's as if the hotel shuttle is purposely trying to be as incovenient and unthoughtful as possible to the parking facility patrons. Oh well, if you choose this airport parking option be prepared to wait... and wait...

Jul 18, 2022 · Rebecca PereaThis was a horrible shuttle service. Choose another parking company. When we returned and needed to get the shuttle back to our car the person who answered the phone stated that we (our family) should wait at the passenger terminal 8 to be picked up at 3:15pm. We were there at 2:55 pm and waited. Then around 3:35 my husband called and could not get connected to anyone and then was put on hold and then the line dropped. Then I called and got someone and was first told the driver was in traffic then put on hold and then told that a shuttle would arrive at 4:45. Horrible service. The worst. It was getting late and so we ended up paying for a cab to get us back to our car. Ridiculous. Don't waste your time, money, or resources on this company.
Dec 11, 2019 · Michele MeyerDo NOT park here. This was the worst experience ever. When we dropped off the car there was no shuttle and they asked us to walk with all our luggage to the next Verizon store! Seriously!? Then we got into a dirty van with a suicidal driver. Now comes the really bad part: Pick up back to the parking garage : rude staff on the phone tells us that there is a shuttle only every HOUR! Please save yourself the trouble and pay an extra $10 for a professional parking company and don't learn the hard way like I did.
Feb 23, 2019 · Gihan N.This is the worst place to park for the airport. The shuttle comes once an hour if it comes at all. It's over 2 miles from the airport. I had to take an Uber leaving and coming back. They don't care!
Mar 31, 2022 · SamIt reminds me of China or Taiwan. Lots of stores. Crowds of people. There are some good restaurants. Dim Sum is affordable at Mulan. Kung Fu Tea is pretty popular. There are plenty of small eats too.
