We were down in NYC for a medical conference and had a great experience at the Hotel and the Pool area. Drinks were on point, and the vibe was chilled out. The staff was friendly, especially Amit, Destiny and Gabriella. I would recommend booking a seat close to the pool the day prior to going up. The only reason I did not give a five star was because the manager was not welcoming and I'm really not sure why he is working at that location.

Jun 23, 2024 · Ron AujlaStill don’t understand for what I payed $160. Very small area, nothing included in the price, except the tap water. Old worn out towels, very pathetic overpriced menu. 3 starts only for the people working here: really nice and helpful. The owners should work on making this place desirable to stay and enjoy every minute esp for the price you ask. Work on your menu, playlist and organize the crowd, it should not be that packed. Oh and be ready that some random people will have sex in the bathroom.
Jul 07, 2024 · Yana SergeevaThe pool was murky and freezing cold so no one was even in it. Only 1 side of the pool gets sun so the rest of us had shade the entire day which defeated the purpose of going in the first place. Drinks were astronomically priced, even for NYC. And they blasted weird elevator beat music the entire day. Not a known song to be found.
Aug 15, 2024 · Katy VazquezWas the perfect place to relax and grab a drink and bite to eat on a Sunday afternoon. Got there around 11:30 and wasn’t crowded at all. By noon/1, there were more people, but definitely not super packed. Everyone was friendly, was the perfect place to sit poolside with a book and relax. On the pricier side at $150 for a chair and $80 to just sit, but you can spend the whole day there and get your money’s worth! Will definitely be back! Food was clearly marked gluten free on the menu which made it easy to order.
Jul 14, 2022 · Where's WeeWooMy first time today. Clean. Staff could not be more accommodating. Carafe of ice water is provided, and refilled as needed. Small pool but not everybody swims. Although website says pool is heated, it wasn't and was a bit cold. Food and drink were v. good. No complaints. Would definitely do it again. Sadly, the season ends this Sunday.
