Dec 06, 2024 · Helmut PaulGreat place for a great price. Obviously its not a five star hotel, but a perfect place if your budget isn’t too big. The location is great with a nice deli across the street and a metro stop on the corner. The people are friendly and helpful and the rooms are very clean.

Shared bathrooms were sufficiently clean. Wonky, but clean. Just make sure to bring shower flipflops. :D again. We’re young so we didn’t mind the 5 flights of stairs to get up to our room but I can see how that can be an issue for some. Overall, would recommend. Also it’s right next to the subway so we could get anywhere very quickly

I’m afraid to post this because this hidden gem can be overbooked. But all I want is to share my styles!
Mar 24, 2025 · Horacio SantibanezThis place is located very convenient, close to Subway station, close to a lot of good restaurants, local shops, walkable location in Manhattan. Not everything is chips and kebab though. The rooms don’t have in unit restrooms but two shared bathrooms on the floor for about 8 rooms if I am not mistaken, these are fairly clean. My room was cold at night. In the room you get like a small kitchen area with a mic, sink, small coffee machine, some cups, plates - very nice. I haven’t seen an elevator (again I might be mistaken) so be ready to take the stairs (kinda steep). The cats around - beautiful creatures, but the make some creepy noises at night 😅
