Going to write to earlier version of me and what I wish I knew. First of all, the girls staff are awesome. Like... All of them. I think I met each one? They were always so helpful and quick. The $40 poker chip thing is fun. I love the juices, baked goods and coffee. But the tasty thing was really all the yogurts. I stayed 7 nights so I really got to try pretty much everything :). The roof has some nice views but no where to sit during the cold months. The size of the room...honestly people complain it's small. I would say it's normal sized but ... the furniture choices make poor use of the space and make the room feel too small. The closet is soooo wide. The sink and shower door are so big it makes the large bathroom feel tiny. And finally the large queen bed is so big you cannot roll your suitcase past the bed. There is under bed storage, if the bed was a little taller it would fit almost all suitcase sizes.

Mar 14, 2025 · Kevin KwokOur stay at the Moore was exceptional. Rooms were always cleaned to a high level and the beds were extremely comfortable. The location is excellent and allows for great accessibility to all parts of Manhattan. The staff were extremely impressive, the best customer service I’ve received in a hotel to date - We will be back! The coffee and pastries were a great touch too. Thanks again guys :)
Jan 14, 2025 · Ryan HThe location is amazing! The room is a little smaller than I expected, but the staff is fabulous and the room is spotless. The products in the bathroom are lovely and smell amazing and the linens are exactly the type where you feel that hotel linens are better than the ones you have at home. Really really nice experience, and I would certainly come back.
Feb 24, 2025 · Katie BrownFirst the location is awesome; in the heart of Chelsea. On stop downtown on the C train from Penn Station. (You do not need to leave Penn Station to get on the subway, just follow signs to ACE train) Second, the vibe is very boutique and cozy. The staff is very accommodating and the service is awesome. As other reviews have stated, the rooms are very small. We were upgraded to a larger studio, however it was still very small, but for a short stay, was fine. There is a $40 destination/resort fee, but with that $, you get a token worth $40 to use at their cafe. It can be redeemed for coffee, pastries, juice, yogurt, beer and wine. The property just become part of Marriott’s Design Hotel portfolio. Unlike other Marriott brand’s this property really keeps it independent flair and attitude, no obvious marketing for Marriott or Marriott Bonvoy, which is unique and refreshing. We would stay again.
Feb 16, 2025 · Shaun HantzschelLoved the area that this room is in. Great food places all around and convenient location to subway lines. We stayed primarily in Manhattan. Hotel is clean, quiet, and the room service is excellent. The rooms are just a tad small, and I wish there was more bedstand/table space or maybe even a mini fridge. Staff was very responsive to questions and requests for more towels. Good amenities, but you have to call down for most things (garment steamer, kettle, more than two towels in the room) since there's little storage space in the rooms.
