We stayed with our two teenage boys. The 2 BR was plenty of space even with an extra bed in the living area. Nice to have a full kitchen and the apartment was super quiet despite being right in Times Square. Friendly staff and super safe. We would recommend.

Mar 28, 2025 · Vikas ParekhConvenient location, friendly concierge, modern and clean rooms. However my room had no kitchenette, no fridge, no kettle. There is only cleaning once per week. Need to take your own rubbish to the trash chute. My in room safe was not bolted down. Room was noisy from NYC outside traffic and noisy from people in the hallway, the soundproofing was poor. You have to be super early free breakfast served each morning because they are stingy on the pastries and they all go quickly.

Well stocked, right off Times Square and thankfully quiet. The staff was amazing - friendly and helpful. If you want space and to be in the mix of all Manhattan has to offer this is your spot.

After a long journey, and from the moment we walked into AKA we felt so welcomed! all of the staff are so friendly and helpful! Kevin was so lovely and he is amazing! my only feedback for the rooms would be to have a kettle in the rooms and a few more bathroom supplies. The room was lovely and spacious and bathroom was just gorgeous! The location was absolutely fantastic! Restaurants all around and Convenient stores as well, so no need to walk far for food! Thankyou for making our trip to New York such a wonderful experience!
