Night hotel broadway was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. The outdated room were carpeted with disgusting smell of mold. I could barely breathe. I booked the room and immediately after getting off the elevator the smell made me sick. I tried canceling but because I already checked in they would not issue a refund. I was charge $350 for one night and I could not even sleep in the hotel due the respiratory issues. There was also a sign with a stop work order due to the hotel being hazardous to life. I was told that since the notice was issued the violations had been corrected but that was not true. I highly discourage booking this hotel. I was cheated out of my money for a hotel that should be closed down.

I would rate this place 3 1/2 stars. The hotel room was super tiny, there was construction outside, so it wakes you up in the morning, and the walls are paper thin. I was fortunate to only experience the construction noise for 1 night because they don’t work on the weekends. The walls are thin to where you can hear the people in the next room, which was a bad experience for the both of us, I assume... and we barely could walk around our room. BUT, the price was very reasonable and it was close to everything since we were right next to Times Square. The m&m store was next door too. There’s no free breakfast or anything, just a Chinese restaurant downstairs. It wasn’t too bad, not like we stayed in the room for too long since we had a schedule to see everything. Definitely a good place if you’re just needing somewhere to sleep. I prefer this place over a hostel for sure.

Two stars only because the location was ideal. The rooms are small and the bathrooms are gross. The room had a horrible smell upon check-in. Online the photos are beautiful in person the furniture is old and worn, chipped wallpaper, dirty closet space. I never took my socks off carpet looks to never been shampooed just disgusting. Also upon checking in I was asked to see my debit card nothing would be charged just needed to verify that I was checking in. I got upstairs $175 pending out of my account he bluntly lied. I called downstairs he was very nonchalant like it wasn’t a big deal it would be replaced after checking out. 8 days later still pending. After reading reviews on this hotel I am sure I will have to fight with my bank to get my money back. Thanks for the great location. No thanks got the trashy bathroom.

Great little hotel, close to everything. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Rooms are dark from decor and lack of natural light but that actually made it perfect for sleeping!! Small rooms as is standard in NYC but were actually bigger than others I've stayed in there. Very clean! Will absolutely stay again!

I stayed here on a trip to New York. There was building work going on on both sides but the helpful staff were very kind and made sure my room was away from the construction noise. Room was tiny but very well kept. Comfortable bed, decent bathroom. There was a little safe for valuables and a good TV with a remote. Would recommend for a short stay.
