Millennium Premier New York Times Square

I enjoyed this hotel, the location, the distance to everything, the staff, everything. I would return here for sure! I forgot to take photos because I was too busy having a good time but it was nice and minimal. The room I had was upgraded and we did have nice modern blue sofa, a television, space in between and a queen size bed. There was also a closet in there as well with an umbrella provided by the hotel. We needed it during our stay which was different from another hotel we stayed in previously that didn’t provide this amenity. They also had the shower which could’ve been a little softer with the water from the shower head. There was also some issues with the sink and there was a minor issue with the light above the bar. Someone came in to take care of this quickly so I don’t have any complaints. I also loved the bathtub and the robe provided. Breakfast was grab and go croissants, danishes, bagels with cream cheese and an espresso machine. Check in was excellent as well. I just went into the wrong millennium hotel but this one is right next door. There’s a theater right in between each hotel. The gym is in the sister building it looks like. Overall, our stay was amazing, relaxing and accommodating. It was a huge contrast from the busy city so thank you Millennium premier!

My stay at the New York Millennium Premier Time Square Hotel was a huge letdown. At USD$380 per night for a queen bed room, I expected quality, but aside from the room being spacious, there’s nothing good to say. The room itself was dark with barely enough light, and there was no fridge or safe-box—basic things you’d expect for that price. The breakfast was awful, just a sad takeaway croissant that felt like an afterthought. The bathroom was a mess too—the floor was dirty, and the faucet was loose, wobbling every time I used it. For nearly four grand a night, this place is a total rip-off. Don’t waste your money here.

Hotel was great 👍🏻 spacious , clean . Just what we needed. Unfortunately I can’t give a great review because the hospitality front desk women (Monique) was incredibly rude and dismissive. As soon as we we walked in we were expecting to be at least greeted with a nice smile instead it was a person who was very bothered that we had the audacity to come up to her to check in . Mind you we spent two hours in the car and my husband had to use the restroom and she was very bothered that we asked for the key . She told him to hold on a minute way to many times we rushed next door and they were ever so kind and let us into the restroom. I work in customer service and I’ve never experienced anything like this before . It’s a shame because the next shift hospitality front people were great . First impressions are everything. We won’t be back and we usually visit NY a few times a year .

Friendly staff and a great location, but the rooms definitely are not what is pictured online very worn, and old. I chose this hotel based on the way the room looked online and I definitely was not happy. The only good thing the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was subpar. When I see breakfast included, I expect a breakfast! not just snacks that we put in a bag and bring back to our room. I expected a continental breakfast like most hotels give. At least something hot being served! No microwave or refrigerators in the room to keep anything. And only one ice machine for like 16 floors.

I recently stayed at the Millennium Premier New York Times Square, and while the location was fantastic and the service was good, the room quality left much to be desired, For the price I paid, I expected much better accommodations. The shower and bathroom in particular were not up to par (see attached photos), and the overall value was disappointing compared to the cost. I wouldn't recommend staying here unless significant updates are made to the rooms.
