I was in NY with Rock Choir for 5 nights from March 18th. 350 of us stayed at the Millennium and I was pleasantly surprised having read some negative reviews before I came. I shared a room with my friend and we both thought that although the hotel is looking a little tired, the room was clean and tidy as was the bathroom. The beds were comfortable and the room was a pleasant temperature. Both were cleaned every day and there were fresh towels and flannels each day as well. There was a hairdryer, iron and ironing board in the room and when we asked for a kettle, one was left in our room along with cups and packs of tea, sugar, creamer and stirrers. Unfortunately the restaurant was closed but, as there were plenty of places to eat nearby, it wasn't a problem. Overall we had a lovely stay in NYC and I would definitely recommend the Millennium Hotel in Times Square.

Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, the Millennium Hotel provides a convenient base for your NYC adventure.

The hotel's central location ensures easy access to some of New York's most popular destinations, including Broadway theaters, Rockefeller Center, and the Empire State Building. The proximity to public transportation options like the subway and bus lines further enhances its appeal for guests looking to explore the city with ease.

While staying at the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square, guests can expect a range of amenities designed to make their stay comfortable. Each room is equipped with essential items such as a hairdryer, iron, and ironing board, ensuring that your basic needs are met. One of the standout features of this hotel is its focus on customer service. The staff at Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square is committed to ensuring that your stay is as enjoyable as possible. From providing recommendations for nearby dining options to assisting with any special requests, the friendly and attentive service adds a personal touch to your experience.

Guests have highlighted the hotel's location as its primary advantage, with many appreciating the ease of access to Times Square's entertainment and shopping options. However, reviews also note that the hotel has seen better days, with some describing the rooms as outdated. Despite this, the majority of guests find the trade-off between price and convenience worthwhile.

When it comes to dining, the hotel offers a range of options both on-site and in the surrounding area. While the restaurant may not always be open, the proximity to a variety of restaurants and cafes ensures that you never have to go far for a good meal. Whether you're looking for quick bites or a sit-down dinner, there's something for everyone within walking distance.

Customer feedback highlights both the strengths and weaknesses of the hotel. Many guests praise the cleanliness of the rooms and the availability of amenities like hairdryers and irons. The convenience of having a kettle in the room, along with tea, sugar, creamer, and stirrers, is also noted as a positive feature. However, some reviewers have pointed out that the rooms lack modern touches, such as air conditioning or a mini-fridge, which can be drawbacks during hot summer months.

Another area where guests have expressed concerns is the elevator service. With only a few elevators operational at any given time, and requiring key cards to select floors, some visitors find the process frustrating, especially during busy periods. Despite these issues, the hotel's central location continues to be its main selling point.

For those seeking affordable accommodations in New York City without compromising on convenience, the Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square offers an attractive option. While it may not have all the bells and whistles of newer hotels, its prime location in Times Square makes it a popular choice for travelers looking to experience the heart of NYC.

Just remember to check reviews beforehand to ensure that the current state of the hotel aligns with your expectations, especially regarding room condition and elevator service.

The only thing appealing about Millennium Hotel Times Square is its location—it’s within walking distance of everything. When you first arrive, the lobby looks nice and welcoming, giving the impression of a quality stay. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. The rooms are completely outdated, lacking even basic amenities. There’s no air conditioning, and when we asked about it, we were told to open the windows—this did little to cool the room. To make matters worse, there’s not even a small fridge. You can stay at a hotel for half the price and still get that convenience. Then there are the elevators—an absolute nightmare. Out of six elevators, I’m pretty sure only two were working. To make things even more frustrating, you have to use your key card to select your floor, and if you don’t do it immediately, you’re out of luck. If the elevator is crowded, good luck getting where you need to go. For the price, this hotel is not worth it. The location is great, but that’s about it.

Please be cautious before booking this place—check the most recent reviews first. My partner and I had a very disappointing experience. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work, and when we reported it, someone came by only to tell us there was nothing they could do. On top of that, there was no running water available for showers or basic use, yet we were still expected to pay full price. The condition of the elevators was also concerning—not only did they feel unstable, but our key cards frequently failed to work with them, adding to our frustration. For a place charging over $100 a night, we expected far better quality and service. It’s also worth noting that the management only seems to respond to five-star reviews, often those that lack any detail about the actual experience. The property feels run-down and neglected overall. I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a stay that’s worth your time and money.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights. Great location right next to Times Square with everything you need in walking distance! All the sites, great restaurants and shops all in walking distance! The hotel was okay, the rooms were basic but okay as you are out most of the day exploring New York! There is a decent gym on floor 16 in the hotel but no bar or restaurant. The lifts are pretty poor as only 3 out of 6 were working! Beds very very comfy which was good! Overall this hotel is in an excellent location but very basic and just does the job you need it to do!

Customer service was great. Unfortunately our rooms were not. The rooms have not been updated in quite some time and aren’t kept as tidy as they should be. There were stains on the bathroom walls and dirt around the toilet. The dresser was very old, scratched and noticeably broken upon opening it. The carpet was dirty. Room service came in to clean the room but made the bed with the same dirty sheets from the night before. There are no microwaves on the property according to the front desk. Also the hotel seems to be really busy so the elevator wait is rather lengthy. The location of the hotel is lovely. Some attention to detail as far as cleanliness is concerned could provide a much better experience for guest.
