At this price you will be hard pressed to find anything better in Manhattan. The employees are beyond wonderful and helpful, they appear to be taken care of and happy in their positions which scores big points for this hotel. But they were very comfortable, well appointed and scrupulously clean, and we still had enough room for all of our things. The staff couldn’t seem to do enough to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

We stayed 19/02/2025 and it is now 26/03/2025 and the deposit I was asked to give of $100 has still not been returned. Nothing was taken from the mini bar and the room was left in a clean state. Theft!
