The hotel was perfectly located close to grand central and within walking distance of 5th Ave. Staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help us. Beds were so comfortable and the Irish breakfast each morning set us up for a busy day of exploring the city.

Staff were very friendly upon arrival, rooms were very nice (slightly outdated in some spots but only minor) but overall its location made the trip. So easy to get to Grand Central around Manhattan or easy to walk to a lot of the main sites. Also felt very safe walking around and staying in this area. 30-40 cab ride from JFK. Definitely would recommend.

Now the service and staff I can’t describe how gentle, patient and warm they are they literally makes you feel like you’re at home. Last but not least if you go as a tourist I’d recommend you to star in The Grand Central area as you’re connected though multiple ways such as subway literally 3 min away from the hotel or bus at 5
