Very convenient experience Beğenildi · Cleanliness: The hotel was clean overall, and the rooms were well-maintained with clean towels provided. Location: Perfectly located in Lower East Side, making it super convenient. It's close to many subway stations, dining spots, and other popular places. Everything you need is within reach, and it's a great area to explore. Staff & Service: The staff was very helpful and friendly. They even kept an eye on my luggage, which I really appreciated. Their hospitality made my stay more comfortable.

My sister and I stayed at this location for a few nights in March 2025. Our visit was great because of the AMAZING staff. Cassandra, Diamond, MG, and Andres went above & beyond to make our stay the very best! From the moment we arrived until we left, we received top tier service. They were professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I highly recommend this location. I look forward to staying here on my next visit to NYC.

Great place, amazing service! The hotel is small, cute and quiet. Cassandra made a diffrence from the moment we arrived, thank you ! Rooms were clean. Now the area.... not so great if you come with kids. I read a bunch of reviews, but only a few mentioned the area. Didn't feel safe to walk with the kids on the street, not to mention at night. There are lots of restaurants around, and the train stop is right there.

Great value by NYC standards. Friendly staff, especially Cassandra who is a ray of sunshine! Excellent location in a diverse and vibrant neighbourhood, close to transit, restaurants and the Essex market. Anyone complaining about the area being "sketchy" needs to seriously adjust their expectations - of their own budgets as well as the current urban economic reality. We felt completely safe and had no issues. Would stay here again.

I’m writing this review as it’s our second night of 4 in this hotel. I expected to get a decent room with a working air conditioner and what we got was a unit that keeps blowing cold then hot air, keeping the average temperature at about 76deg F. We woke up in the middle of the night to this heat and I took a picture of the thermostat. I had higher hopes for the Holiday Inn when I booked it. The room was great other than that and so is the location. We’ll see how the service is after I deal with them about this issue. Update: Yes, I did inform them about the A/C fault after the second night when I knew for sure what was happening with it. Since it blew cold air for a long time and then switched to very hot air, it was not easy to confirm what was going on at first.. not to mention the first night when we’re exhausted and just passed out. When the mechanic came to check it, it was blowing cold air at that time and even he told me “it’s working fine, what’s wrong with it?” Until I asked him to take a look at the thermostat and current temp reading. I think it’s the responsibility of the staff to know if each room has working units before assigning them to guests. We won’t get our 2 nights in NYC back. The technician replaced the unit the same day and the remaining 2 nights were pleasant. We ended up taking that afternoon to sleep in to rest properly since we got very little sleep. I appreciate the service after it was reported. We also really appreciate the house keeping staff, so for that I updated my rating.(room rating is due to the A/C fault, other room amenities were great)
