After booking the bed with non-cancellable, non-changable and non-refundable option, I didn’t even get a chance to actually STAY or visit the accommodation. The accommodation is in some apartment building, there is no reception and I never received any instructions on how to check-in. Despite repeated calls to the listed phone number, nobody ever picked up the call nor returned my call. In the end, I had to stay elsewhere. Until now still trying to get my money back. I don’t understand how this accommodation is still listed on Agoda, it should have been taken down long time back! Please avoid if you want to be certain you have a place to sleep.

It was extremely dirty, the sheets were filthy, the beds were in the living room, and they had a sofa as a bed in the kitchen. The bathroom was disgusting and there was only one for 6 people. They never cleaned, and people were smoking. Additionally, the booking website, Agoda, is a scam. They charged me $270 for 4 days, but the price on the website was much lower

So I go somewhere else Until now I did not get any refund or anything from agoda They played me every time I connected them And their word only “ we still waiting from the property to reply us “ Knowing that agoda is the responsible for everything because I use agoda website So … Agoda will be not trusted anymore 🤷🏻♂️🤷🏻♂️ This it’s just a scam You will never get in You will never stay You will never get any response Be careful guys 🚫❌❌❌❌❌❌
