May 07, 2025 路 Caroline StiflerThis was a last-minute booking for our trip to Salem, and it was the only hotel left 馃槄. The price was okay but the rooms were spacious and very CLEAN! The room was decorated with a nautical theme. The front desk staff are kind and welcoming. There is a restaurant and pool on site, but we did not use those facilities. There is a lot for parking. Check-in and out was smooth. Bed/bedding is very comfortable. Shower took a while to figure out- you to twist and turn. Good location as we were able to walk to all of the attractions and restaurants. Will definitely stay here again if I ever return to Salem!

Mar 24, 2025 路 Jason HightThe Hotel was very nice, The Room was very nice, The Bar brought up my Beers in under 5 Minutes every time I called for it. But, I got this Room for my Sister and Her Boyfriend because they're Homeless, and someone complained about the smell of Cigarettes, because they probably smelled like Cigarettes. It's just extremely judgemental. I know that isn't the Hotels Managements fault, but then I had a Friend deliver us some Food and Drinks, and the Front Clerk told him there's too many people already. What does that even mean? I got a Room for 2 Beds, not 2 People. He considered My Sister's Boyfriend an extra person. Are we not allowed anyone up in the Room? For the Price I paid for this Room, I should be allowed guests. That made me so mad. And then I went to talk to him in person, and he said we're "on their radar"... Honestly, that made me almost want to request a refund and leave. That made us all feel so uncomfortable!!! It's not like we were being loud or anything, we didn't use the pool or go down to the bar and restaurant, so how were we on their radar? We stayed to ourselves, we went outside for cigarettes and were being very respectful.. So this is a Very strict Hotel. I will definitely not be a returning customer as I've never ran into this Problem anywhere else. Also, forgot to add that both of them got splinters from the Table they have in there. And there was a ruckus outside of our Window while we were trying to sleep. Update; response to the Reply.. I've never heard of guests in a Room ever being an issue. Many People book Rooms for the sole purpose of getting people together. I'm sure they don't check every single Person in at the front. But, I understand this is your Policy and I apologize for not knowing about it, but I happen to know this Hotel does Weddings and when that happens there's always going to be Guests that are not accounted for. So I assumed it would not be an issue. When I Booked the Room, it says 5-6 People. And I had under that.
