We have nothing to complain about, we didn't have any problems with the elevators, we didn't have any fire alarms and much less chaos during breakfast. Our room was super clean every day, impeccable towels and sheets! I would like to thank the entire hotel team, especially Kevin and Mauricio! Everything was very special!!!

Concierge, bell boy everyone gave a seamless experience. Will definitely stay again. 1 of the rare hotels which gave fresh towels when needed

For the price, though, we were disappointed in the room quality. - Both TV's had poor signal (lagging, buffering, etc) - No hair dryer in the bathroom - Washcloths had hair / dust on them - Very thin blankets - Awkward room layout in the king suite, there was almost no room to walk around the bed without slamming your shin on the bed frame.

Room was big and nice (especially the bathroom) but the curtains wouldn't close entirely and the extra blanket was full of long, black hairs:( Housekeeping also didn't come in after my first night. Fine by me, i only stayed 3 night, so didn't really need cleaning, but it's strange that they didn't communicate that to me. Check out was perfect. Nice employees, especially the conciërge. All the compliments to him. Check in was a little bit different. The employee that helped me had a chagrin over her. Breakfast is a joke. My god. Bread was not fresh, drinks came in a plastic cup and the assortment was not much. After the first morning I choose to have breakfast somewhere else. So overall three stars. I expected a bit more of a Hilton hotel.
