Refinery Hotel

Our family of four stayed at the Refinery Hotel for a week, and we had an amazing time! As soon as we walked in, the cozy vibe and the awesome scent in the lobby made us feel right at home. The staff was awesome, always opening the door for us and greeting us whenever we passed through. Big shoutout to Morgan and Bryan at the front desk. They were so helpful and attentive, which made our stay even better! We stayed in a deluxe double queen room, and it was fantastic! Super spacious, spotless, and the beds were incredibly comfy. I especially loved the cozy seating area. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a book after a long day of exploring. The location is great and made it easy to explore all of Manhattan. The subway is just a quick walk away, and it's only 10 minutes to Times Square and 5 minutes to Bryant Park, making getting around a breeze. We loved this hotel and will definitely be back.

I had an amazing stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, and attentive to every detail. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was top-notch. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-appointed, making my stay even more enjoyable. My wife and I had a two night stay at the Refinery and we were once again treated like royalty. The location is definitely a big plus. Close to uptown, downtown and public transportation is needed. The rooms are spacious with high ceilings. The best part was the staff. They greet you each day with a smile and are always asking if you are in need of anything. Will definitely be back again.

We LOVED our stay here! The room was spacious and comfortable. The service was excellent. We especially loved the jazz bar with a wonderful bartender Matthew (if I remember his name correctly!). He made some great recommendations for the other restaurant on site. We also enjoyed our glass of wine at reception after 3 pm. A lovely touch! The rooftop bar has a fantastic view of the Empire State Building. Later at night it turns into a little bit of a club scene, which is great if that's your vibe. My only complaint would be the noise from the streets - sirens, traffic, honking, garbage trucks... The true NYC experience, I guess!!

Service and Staff were great, The room was a bit small, yet comfortable for business travel & convenient room service. The rooftop has a nice view. The best part of my stay was the live jazz music inside the hotel. It was a chill vibe to accommodate a late dinner & drink.
