I was from February 6 to February 9 of this year 2025, since we arrived (a group of 12 people) the treatment was excellent. They helped us with our requests, the rooms very comfortable, clean all organized. Super comfortable bathrooms Large towels, clean and with everything you need for personal cleaning. It鈥檚 near the subway, and service provided by the staff are adequate. Toilets are clean too, I enjoyed my stay. One minor thing to improve on, I wished they provided slippers! It was uncomfortable stepping on carpet all the time.
Mar 01, 2025 路 Yingchin PohWe visited NYC for Christmas and chose this hotel due to its convenient location. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was very small which isn鈥檛 unusual for NYC. The elevators are tiny and the corridors are very narrow. Due to the size of the elevators, some days we were waiting a while. The room was very clean and spacious though for 3 guests. The decor was quite dated but the room did the job. Beds were comfortable, the hotel was quiet and the TV had a good selection of channels including Netflix, YouTube and Amazon Prime. If you鈥檙e on a budget in NYC and are looking for a hotel in a great location that does the job, this is pretty good.

However stayed over the weekend, me and my partner were given a blood soaked room, we asked to have them fix the situation and they refused. They threatened to call the police if I didn't 'stop complaining' lol. In the morning - after sleeping on the floor - they agreed to give us a suite to apologize and then when we came to check in were told to 'get over ourselves' and that the suite wasn't promised. Truly awful. Terrible spot & terrible staff.
