Kixby hotel

Absolutely loved our stay at the Kixby Hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and spotlessly clean. The location is unbeatable, just off 5th Ave and steps away from iconic attractions like the Empire State Building and Herald Square. To top it off, they surprised us with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my wife’s birthday, which was such a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend for anyone visiting NYC!"

Great hotel in midtown! We loved it here. Beautiful rooms, amazing views of the Empire State Building from our room and from the Lookout on the roof. The staff were all super welcoming and helpful. Shout-outs to Jay, Grace, and Jose for excellent service and for going above & beyond! PS Don't miss out on Angelina's bakery a couple doors down for an excellent cannoli or a great slice.

Great little hotel, right in the heart of everything. Our room was modern and very clean. The bathroom was a good size with a double shower. The bed was huge and comfortable. They had a pod coffee/tea machine in the room, a d the pods were filled up daily. If you needed more you could just ask at reception. All the staff were very friendly and on arrival they gave you a reusable water bottle. Which came in very handy. We didn't hear any traffic noise during the night and slept well every night. Maybe the fact we walked around 10 miles every day😁 Only downside was it was difficult using your key card in the elevators. We were not the only ones to struggle with this, and the blinds in the room let light in, in the morning. This wasn't an issue for us because we wanted to get up early to make the most of the 6 days we stayed here, but could be an issue for some people. Would not stop us staying here again Overall a brilliant hotel that I would recommend to anyone, and we would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely stunning! Big sized bedrooms considering the size of other hotel rooms in New York. Toiletries in the room (replenished daily). Rooms also had a fridge and a safe. Brilliant location (2 minute walk to Macy's). Rooftop bar overlooking empire state building (nice to see at night time). On the 2nd floor, you have access to tea, coffee, water, fruit, (and snacks between 3pm and 5pm). Staff are super friendly and very welcoming! The hotel is very luxurious. Would definitely recommend and will be going here again if I go back to New York 💗🗽

Wonderful staff, friendly and helpful. Very clean rooms and a really lovely hotel. Very stylish. Shout out to Inna who was very welcoming and helpful. We'll be back in NYC for sure and this is where we'll stay. The location is spot on. Close to all the landmarks and underground stations. If you are a light sleeper, be sure to request a room away from the street, as it is noisy, even in the early hours. The staff genuinely want you to enjoy your stay and will happily accommodate you. Can't wait to return. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
