This was our first time at this hotel. We arrived at around 2am and check in was easy and fast. The room was clean but I do have to say that I think a lot of the furniture/fixtures need to be replaced, they have a lot of wear and tear. The location was absolutely perfect, everything was walking distance. Times square was only a 10 minute walk from the hotel. The cleaning ladies were extremely nice and left us clean towels when we asked. I would want to try a different hotel before I come back here but this place is not horrible. Price was decent for the location. I did receive my deposit back after checking out. There wasn’t really any issues to be totally honest, I would recommend if you’re looking for somewhere cheap to stay near times square.

Mar 22, 2025 · Max HernandezThe only good thing about this hotel is the location. But still there’s no noise isolation in rooms, so it’s extremely load 24/7. The stuff randomly knocking/opening the rooms at 9am to check if you need cleaning. I was staying there in February, no heating in the room, the temperature was 19 degrees, so it was really cold to sleep and stay in a room. The bed extremely uncomfortable, the mattress so soft, so I had a back pain all day long after. Everything pretty old, I was asking for another hair drying, cause my was smelling like it’s gonna explode soon(Every time I turned it on it smelled like burning) but no one gave it to me. No kettles in a room, no possibility to buy slippers (the floor was really cold) And at the end of my stay stuff entered my room 4 times in a morning to let me its time to check out. Check out was at 11. For the 4th they knocked at 11:13. And to leave luggage at the “storage” they charged 2$/per bag. Honestly don’t recommend staying there.
Feb 12, 2025 · Valeriia KaliupanovaTerrible Experience - Avoid This Hotel! Our stay at this hotel was an absolute disaster. We were given a room with a sofa bed, but the bed was completely broken and unusable. To make matters worse, the sofa bed was provided without any sheets, blankets, or pillows. When we complained to the reception, they simply handed us the bedding and told us to set it up ourselves—an absolute disgrace for any hotel. As a result, one of us had to sleep on the mattress on the floor, which was even worse. The mattress had protruding metal wires that ended up cutting the person who slept on it. To top it all off, when we complained to the reception staff, they provided us with the manager’s email to address our concerns. However, the manager was completely unresponsive and unavailable to assist us. This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve ever had. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your comfort and safety.
Jan 18, 2025 · Eitan BaniashviliThe hotel is in a great location, close to the subway and a Starbucks. The rooms are a bit worn out but clean. The beds were comfortable, and we had a really nice view from our window. The staff was very friendly, which made our stay even better.
Feb 19, 2025 · Qlaudyna DeGetting to the hotel was very easy. The staff is incredibly friendly, courteous, and efficient. Our room was comfortable, although the hotel could benefit from some updates and investing in cleaning the curtains. A special thanks to Jhon, who gave us a warm welcome and was always attentive to our needs. We truly appreciated his exceptional service, and I’m sure we’ll be back in the future.
